Brand new listing! Sunshine Cottage is the perfect little spot for a fun filled vacation just steps away from everything. It’s Located in a residential neighborhood just one block from the vibrant Lakeside district, you’re centrally located near Muskegon’s best local spots and endless outdoor fun.
Sunshine Cottage is the front unit in a 2 unit duplex. The units have separate entrances, parking and yard spaces

Living space: The cottage’s interior has been fully updated, with both modern and vintage touches: featuring a cozy, comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, black out blinds and a 43 inch smart tv. The brand new kitchen, with striking navy and white cabinetry, Corian countertops, and open shelving is perfect for cooking meals, stocked it with everything a guest might need: a microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher are included.
Laundry facilities: Our dedicated laundry room features a high-end Speed Queen washer/dryer and a hand steamer to keep your vacation wardrobe sharp.
Relax & Play: Unwind in the main living space with a collection of games and puzzles, or head to the private yard featuring comfortable outdoor furniture. The main living space includes a living room area, a work space with a desk, a dining table and a 50 inch smart tv. Tucked in the corner is an adult, queen sized bunk bed for additional sleeping. Sunshine Cottage has central air conditioning throughout the unit.
Beach Ready: We provide the beach towels and chairs.

Pere Marquette Beach (2.9 Miles): Spend your day on the sugar-sand shores of Lake Michigan.
