Enjoy this bright Santa Cruz home for up to 6 guests! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and backyard BBQ, it’s perfect for families or friends. Just steps from iconic West Cliff Drive, savor scenic walks, ocean views, and local restaurants nearby.
Surf culture is at your doorstep. The home sits moments from an iconic surf break, perfect for sunrise sessions, watching experienced locals carve the waves, or soaking in the energy of the coast.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds
- 2 bathrooms
- Guests may comfortably park up to two vehicles in the side driveway. If space is needed for a third car, you’re welcome to open the driveway gate to make additional room.
- Free street parking is also available. Please note that overnight parking across the street is not permitted.
- Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Laundry available onsite
- Backyard with BBQ and shed to access beach gear.
- After the initial 3 steps at the entry, the home is all on one level, with grab bars installed in both showers for safety.
Note:
- No parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
- No pets
- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM
- Please move the BBQ to the uncovered backyard and away from the house before use for fire safety.
- Overnight parking across the street from the property is not permitted.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage and designated owners' storage.

Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach – about a 5-minute drive or 15–20 minute walk from West Cliff Drive for classic seaside fun and amusement rides.
Nearest grocery store – multiple options like Safeway, New Leaf or Whole Foods are about a 5–10 minute drive from the property.
The Mystery Spot – roughly a 7–10 minute drive into the wooded hills of Santa Cruz for a quirky gravity‑defying experience.
The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park – about a 20 minute drive into Aptos for hiking and nature trails through lush forest.
Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park – roughly a 20–25 minute drive near Felton for massive old‑growth redwoods and forest walks.
Monterey Bay Aquarium – around a 45–60 minute drive south in Monterey for one of the world’s premier aquariums and marine exhibits.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
