With multiple living areas, expansive outdoor spaces, and direct access to the Jerico River that leads straight to the ocean, this home is ideal for relaxing coastal stays.

This home does have an elevator. The elevator is not available for general use. However, elevator access may be arranged in advance for guests with mobility needs. Please reach out before booking if this is required so we can discuss accommodations.

Guest access
The whole house and outdoor space is for the guests except for the garage which is locked off.

Other things to note
-Pet-Friendly: One well-behaved large dog or up to two smaller dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee. Pets must be disclosed at booking.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
-No Parties or Events Without Approval: Parties are not allowed. Events require prior approval and an additional fee.
-Quiet Hours: This home is located in a residential area. Please be respectful of neighboring homes and observe quiet hours, especially in the evenings.
