All guests must register before their stay at Sugar Beach. The registration fee of $37.00 Per Vehicle.
To ensure a safe and responsible environment for all guests, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age. By booking this property, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request.
Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be declined or canceled, and applicable fees may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality experience for all guests.

No Pets
Water Crafts, Boats, Trailer, Campers, Buses, or RV`s are not permitted.
Balconies, terraces, and exterior stairways will not be used for hanging garments or other objects, for cleaning rugs and other household items, or for the cooking of food by any methods

A moderate noise level shall be maintained at all times - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk
Arm bands must be worn by all members of the party while on property.
All guests must comply with Oceans Door Getaways rules, the community rules, and all applicable laws. Disorderly conduct, police reports, or any rule violations will trigger an inspection of the property by Oceans Door Getaways.
If a violation is found, the primary guest must meet with an Oceans Door Getaways representative within 30 minutes of notice. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal from the property with NO REFUND.

By booking, you agree that compliance with these rules is a condition of occupancy.

The primary guest (the person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and remain on the property for the duration of the reservation. The registration fee of $37.00 Per Vehicle. When you arrive your welcome package will be in a blue mail box located outside the main Sugar Beach Office. If you arrive on a weekend or after 5pm on a weekday, you will receive an email from the office when your welcome package is ready for you on the business day.
