Walking into this 5th-floor, one-level Turtle Dunes Villa, travelers will immediately see the updated kitchen on the left. Thoughtfully stocked with all flatware, dishes, and cookware, the kitchen has stainless steel appliance and abundant natural light pouring in from a window facing the west. Enjoy cooking with ocean views as you gaze east towards the living space's huge beachfront windows.

The dining table can seat six and has adjustable lighting. The living room has cozy furnishings, a TV, balcony access, and board games.

The main bedroom entrance is the first one on the right when arriving to the villa. It has a king bed, a TV, clothing storage, a remote workspace, it's own private oceanfront balcony, and an attached full bathroom complete with soaking tub. The second bedroom has been cleverly designed to accommodate a larger family, with two double beds and it's own full bathroom. The balcony attached to the living room is also attached to this bedroom. Enjoy relaxing on the sun lounger on this balcony!

The location for this villa is quite coveted because it awards fantastic views of the pristine southern shoreline of Amelia Island and easy access to the seasonally heated complex pool.

When you're ready to explore even farther, the larger AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes, and pristine, sandy beaches. Rent bikes or golf carts to really experience the stunning AIP roadways. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

Golf is available at Little Sandy within AIP and tee times are open to walk-ups. AIP playgrounds like Drummond Park and Aury Island are quiet recreation spaces for youngsters and teens. Many of our guests enjoy strolling on the beach or lounging by the pool but for those looking to adventure further afield, the scenic drive north on A1A will take you to the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, where you can find unique boutiques, shops and dining options. Drive south on A1A to visit coastal nature preserves like Little Talbot Island State Park, known for scenic biking, hiking and birding opportunities.
