Welcome to Sea Ya Soon, a comfortable coastal townhome designed for relaxing beach days, family fun, and creating lasting memories along Florida`s Forgotten Coast. This two-story retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers everything needed for a stress-free getaway.

As you enter the home, you`ll be welcomed by a spacious foyer that leads into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cooking essentials, a toaster, single-cup Keurig coffee maker, and a kitchen island with additional bar stool seating, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together after a day of exploring the coast.

The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and living room, creating a welcoming space for meals, games, and conversation. The living room features a Smart TV, comfortable sleeper sofa, and two accent chairs, providing plenty of seating for the whole group.

Just off the living area, step outside to the private patio where you`ll find a grill, two chairs, and a small table overlooking a peaceful water feature. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

A convenient half bathroom is located on the main level.

The garage serves as a recreation and storage area and is not available for vehicle parking. Here you`ll find beach essentials to help make your stay easier, including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, bicycles, foosball table, and two arcade games that guests of all ages can enjoy.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for a restful night`s sleep.

A personal vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy everything Gulf County and Florida`s Forgotten Coast have to offer.

Sea Ya Soon is conveniently located with easy access to Port St. Joe, St. Joe Beach, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, and nearby attractions throughout the area. Most restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and local attractions are just a short drive away.

Guests can enjoy a short walk to beach access from the home. The WindMark Beach community amenities, including the resort-style pools, dining, shopping, and walking trails, are located a few minutes away by car.

Parking is available at the townhome; however, the garage is reserved for guest recreation and beach equipment storage and is not available for vehicle parking.

For local adventures, guests may enjoy biking the surrounding area using the four beach cruiser bicycles provided during their stay.

While we loved our vacation, we were disappointed as soon as we pulled up to the house. The photos in the listing are misleading. The house itself was nice and clean. There was also beach essentials that were available for use and we much appreciated that. However, we had no view of the ocean only construction the entire time. The “3 minute walk to the pool” was not a 3 minute walk and is not safe to walk with children. We had very small children with us so we only went to the pool once and we drove our car. You have to cross the very busy highway 98 to get to anything. We expected the board walk access and instead the closest beach access was the little trail across the highway from the neighborhood entrance. If the house was in a different location, or if the listing had been more accurate, we would have been much more pleased with our stay. I am attaching photos of the actual neighborhood and the “peek of the ocean” from the master bedroom.
