• One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $100 per stay.
• Please keep them off the couches, beds, and other furniture
• Please pick up after your pet both inside and outside
• Any waste left by the dog that is not picked up will be a $100 fee
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
For security purposes, there is a camera at the front door, which captures video only at the front entrance of the premises, and a camera in the backyard, which captures video only in the backyard area. There are no cameras inside the home.
