Narrows Landing — a brand-new modern 4BR/4.5BA home on Zion’s East side, minutes from Zion National Park and a short drive to Bryce Canyon. Spacious and stylish, the house blends contemporary design with adventure-ready location, making it perfect for families or groups seeking comfort after a day exploring the canyons.
The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas fireplace and ample natural light; the kitchen is fully stocked for anything from quick breakfasts to group dinners. Two king ensuite bedrooms and a convenient half bath are also on the ground floor. Step outside to a covered patio with seating, TV, an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and BBQ for relaxed evenings under the stars.
Upstairs is an entertainment-packed game room with a poker table, skee-ball, and TV, plus direct access to a rooftop deck with seating and a gas fire pit that frames sweeping valley views—ideal for sunset gatherings. There is also an additional king bedroom with ensuite bath and a bunk room configured with a twin bunk plus twin trundle and a twin-over-queen bunk, great for kids or extra guests. Upstairs also has a second shared bathroom.
Thoughtfully appointed for extended stays, Narrows Landing offers high-speed Wi‑Fi, smart TVs, in-unit washer/dryer, and all the essentials. It is the perfect luxury basecamp to explore all of Southern Utah.
Narrows Landing also has a guest home that is a separate rental. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with no shared amenities called Narrows Nest.
We recommend having an AWD, 4WD, or carrying chains during the winter months.
