In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This cozy, approximately 40-square-meter, two-room “Seewind” vacation apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. Here in the living area, which features a double sofa bed (1.40 m wide) and an open kitchen, you’ll find all the amenities you need, such as cable TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, and a radio. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.40 m wide). The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The high-quality bathroom features a toilet and shower. The apartment features restored, antique floorboards. A small courtyard is available for outdoor seating. The vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

The Seewind and Seefrische apartments are located next to each other. Ideal for two couples who are friends and want a little more space, or for two families who are friends, or for an extended family.

You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
Garage dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 5.60 x 2.80 x 2.00 m.

Adults ages 15 and up: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered disability certificate
Children under 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, local residents
