Lake Hood Hideaway - Cozy, Bright, Dog-Friendly, and 2 Miles from ANC Airport
You'll be ready for liftoff to many Alaska adventures when you call this bright and cozy condo on Lake Hood home. The 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom two-floor unit is fully-furnished, dog-friendly, has a private carport, and in-unit washer/dryer. Directly across the street from Lake Hood and Spenard Beach Park, the condo is a very quick five minute Uber/drive (2 miles) from ANC airport with easy access to all parts of town.
There is space for guests to park two cars:
- Parking for one car in the carport;
- Additional car can be parked in a designated, uncovered parking spot adjacent to the carport.
The condo is two floors and the spaces are divided according to the following:
Downstairs/ground-level:
- Carport and front door access
- All three bedrooms (one King bed, two Queen beds)
- Full bathroom
- Laundry area
Upstairs:
- Kitchen
- Living room
- Dining area
- Dedicated workspace
- Large patio (on top of carport)
- Front porch facing Lake Hood (with exterior stair access to front lawn)
- 1/2 bathroom
Ask about storing luggage outside of 3pm check-in/12pm checkout window - happy to help with this if we can!
Guests have access to three bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, in-unit laundry, and all upstairs areas. Any doors or closets that are locked are not for guest use. Entry to third bedroom with second Queen bed is off of large bedroom with King bed. This third bedroom is an especially great space for a child to sleep.
