$20 per car, per night (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays)

Important: To avoid towing, you must provide your vehicle’s license plate number in advance so we can register it with building management. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.



If you’re staying longer than a week, please let us know—we’re happy to offer flexible rates for extended stays!





★ SELF CHECK-IN ★



You’ll receive unique access codes for both the building and the apartment at 2 PM on your arrival day.



★ EXTRA GUESTS ★



The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The base rate includes up to 2 guests.



Additional guests are $15 per person, per night.



Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you plan to bring extra guests so we can prepare and set up the additional sleeping arrangements.



★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★



We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Pets are allowed for $25 per pet, per night—so you and your best friend can enjoy your stay together.





★Visitor Policy★



Visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests.

Nearest Public Transportation: Peachtree St & Renaissance Pkwy NE. Public Transportation to City Center: 15 min. Driving time to the city center is about 5 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★

At the Host's discretion, a security deposit may be required on the Check-In Date. Where applicable, such a deposit is for security purposes and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Check-out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:



✔ Damage to the Rental Unit or contents thereof

✔ Debris or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or

✔ Any other cost incurred as a result of the Guest's Stay
