Great Vacation Location!

Beautiful condo on the water with excellent ocean views from the balcony and upstairs bedroom. Everything you would need was provided. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful place for two couples as one room was on the upstairs unit and one was on the lower level so gave us privacy. We could see the beach from our balcony and watch a thunderstorm come in was magnificent. The pathways through the complex are perfect for running, walking, or biking. The golf course is only 1/8th of a mile away and fun to play but bring balls as advised to not reach into the brush as there are gators in the area.

GORGEOUS Ocean View Seagrove Villa - Just Perect!

We had a amazing time! Could not say enough about the villa and are planning on coming back next year for sure! We had a perfect week weather wise, 2nd week of September 80's and sunny every day. Pool was right out the door as well as beach. Villa had everything we could need. Beds were comfy and felt right at home. Clean and very welcoming. Was so nice to get up and head to beach within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Furnishings were perfect. Easy check-in and check-out. Just Perfect! 5 Stars for sure. Only thing that would have put it over the top if they supplied a few beach chairs, it was $70 a day to rent 4 chairs and umbrella, so we spent most of our lounging at the pool which was nice and long walks at the beach. Would highly recommend.

Good location, but...

The resort itself was very nice, everything was close to our condo. Condo had great access to the beach and pool. Our condo was ok, but dated. There were two large holes in the drywall upstairs, a cabinet door was falling off, and the utility room door came off. All said, I would recommend, but our condo unit was a bit pricey given it's issues.

Property was exactly as advertised. All directions for checking in and out were clear and received far in advance. Condo was lovely! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and beach! Highly recommend this rental!!!

Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located in Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. Our party of 4 consisted of two couples. There was so much space to spread out and both couples loved having their own king sized bed. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom on the 2nd floor is awesome. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts in. Living room was cozy and bathrooms neat and clean. We most certainly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and loved our walks along the beach. The location was in good proximity to many restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Charleston. We will for sure recommend this property to others and hope to come back again some day.

Great Place on the Beach!

We had a wonderful week with friends staying in 9C. The accomodations were exactly as advertised, Sweetgrass Properties were super easy to work with. The only issue were the stairs to the unit. I'd book again in the future.

Wonderful!

We love staying at your condo. This is our second time there. Its a very well maintained condo with all the amenities. We had a really nice, relaxing time. The grounds are well kept also. We enjoyed biking and tennis and beach time. Can’t wait to visit again!

Immaculate Villa in Quiet Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in 9C Seagrove. The Villa was extremely well appointed and truly a home with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved our beach walks and bike rides. We hated to leave the Villa so we brought dinner in from Acme, Long Island Cafe and The Refuge for delicious low country dishes. We will be back as we loved our first visit to the Isle of Palms.

9C Seagrove 8/13-8/21

Everything was fantastic, except for two things. It was a perfect location near the beach and pool. Parking was great and our ability to accommodate local family was excellent. Everyone was very welcoming. The only negatives were the beds and the downstairs shower. The beds were very firm (my wife had trouble sleeping). The shower was very slow to drain.
