The location is walking distance to live music, over 12 restaurants, shopping, and a first-class beachfront park is just next door.  The location is also walking distance to a full-service butcher, grocery store, and seafood market. This condo faces northeast - watch amazing sunsets and sunrises from your balcony. 140C Sea Cabin is nice and simple, clean, well-kept, and conservatively decorated in a range of relaxing blues and teals. Updates include new flooring, new full-size oven and microwave, open shelving, and a new coffee station with both drip and k-cup coffee makers. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your little ones to sleep. These bunks are not suited for teens or adults. The kitchen comes with all the essentials including a dishwasher. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included. This first floor unit has one flight of 10 steps up to the door; there is no elevator. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. You will have private access to the beach access, community pool, and Sea Cabins only ocean pier. You will find sidewalk access for the 350-yard walk to the Harris Teeter grocery store, Subway, the butcher, and some of Isle of Palms' best restaurants.
