Bright, welcoming, and fully equipped with every comfort, our four guest rooms invite you to stay the night. Enjoy a few relaxing and peaceful days in the heart of Germany, between the Harz and Solling regions. Each room is equipped with a TV, bathroom, toilet, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and central heating. With 20 square meters of space, the cozy double bed and single bed provide plenty of room for three people. The double rooms are located on the first floor of the guesthouse and are accessible via an outdoor staircase. Breakfast, which can be booked separately, is served in the breakfast room located in the same building.

Despite our rural location, we’re very well connected thanks to our proximity to the highway. Birdwatchers, hikers, and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy here, as the Leine Bike Trail runs right nearby.



On-site fees: After booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid either on-site or in advance via bank transfer. Payment on-site can be made in cash or with a physical debit card. Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of €5 per night). Services included in the base rate: final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels. Optional extras: Garage parking space 5€/night, breakfast 8€/night
