The condo is bright and airy, with modern coastal décor, plenty of natural light, and ample closet space. It includes an indoor community swimming pool and hot tub. This prime location is close to shopping, family activities, dining, and nightlife.

The property includes 2 parking spaces. Family rentals only. No pets. No smoking in the unit or on the balconies.
All beds come with pillows and protective mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This includes 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows, and a set of towels for each guest (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per guest).
For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic, and provided in a package. Guests are responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.
