Welcome to The Cottage at Summer Village in Westford! Your home away from home! The Cottage is currently being renovated and update photos will be posted soon!

Our cottage is located within a gated community surrounded by nature and many amenities at no extra cost. Golf cart included! No pets and now smoking allowed.

6 Night stay minimum required
Accommodates up to 4-5 people, max at all times

Bunk bed with x-large twin (top) and full (bottom), TV

Full bathroom

Kitchen:
Full kitchen with many kitchen appliances
In-home washer & dryer

TV, cozy couch, internet, cable

Cozy dining table

Services:
4-5 towels provided, linens for each bed, toilet paper, dish soap, and sample laundry detergent. Bring your own beach towels, bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner.

Heated swimming pools (adult and family)
Tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts
Sandy beach with on-duty lifeguard (visit schedule once onsite)
Kayaking and fishing
Fully equipped fitness center
On-site restaurant/bar

Scheduled activities and events for all ages

While pets are allowed at the Summer Village, they are only of the owners of the cottages. Renters cannot bring their pets.

Rules you would have to agree upon reserving:
*Drive no more than 10MPH at all times (cars, golf carts, escooters)
*Golf cart drivers must be 18+ to drive. No exceptions.
*Any fines the cottage owners are fined during your dedicated stay will be deducted from your security deposit.
*Renters must follow all the rules outlined.
*$250 Damage deposit is required and will be rebated up to 10 days after last day of booking provided no fines were imposed by the Summer Village association.
