Just Chill’inn is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1 bath cottage including a 4-person golfcart in a family focused seasonal resort community. Enjoy a heated family pool, toddler pool, playground. A sandy beach on a lake. For you and your 18+ guests: additional adult heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Pickleball, tennis, basketball courts; recreation room with ping pong table; canoes, sunfish sailboats. Restaurant & bar with pool table at the beach.
Just Chill'inn Cottage is located in a seasonal Family RESORT community, perfect for families, with a large heated family pool, toddler wadding pool, playground, ping pong, foosball and pool table all in a single recreational complex.
The swimming beach is family friendly with adjacent snack bar/restaurant/adult beverage bar; open on weekends all season and every day in high summer season. Tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. Bocce, shuffle board and volleyball can be found at the field by the beach.
Back at Just Chill'inn cottage - you'll sleep 4 guests comfortably with a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in your cottage. Dining room table for 6, 2 living seating areas for catching up or watching the latest streaming service or your favorite network TV show. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes for inside or outside dining.
For the 18+ crowd there is a separate adult heated pool, hot tub and workout gym. (Lake is open anytime - pools/hottub open Memorial Day Weekend.)
As a Just Chill'inn guest you also have access to use kayaks, canoes and sunfish sailboats on the lake. The lake is stocked for fishing.
The cottage is perfect for a family week away or to share with nearby family and friends. Day guests are welcome, extra parking is available at the main gate. Just Chill'inn is great place to relax with family or head out for excursions nearby or to greater Boston, Southern NH and the coastal beaches less than an hour away.

We are grandparents of elementary age children. We love sharing Just Chill’inn with our family and extending the experience to our guests.

It is safe and fun for all ages, from having a beverage at the Lodge patio at the beach, to hanging out at one of the pools.
