-A mail key is not included in this listing, please have any mail or packages delivered to the nearest post office
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-A $250 fee plus the cost of replacement will be charged for any lost keys, fobs, or garage clickers
- Post-Checkout: if items are left behind by guests, a $50 fee plus shipping applies for Lost & Found items returned to guests via USPS/UPS or FEDEX.
