Welcome to The Westwind House — a spacious 4-bedroom + loft home with central AC in quiet Fletcher Hills, just 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. With a large backyard, outdoor grill, and room for the whole crew, it's perfect for family getaways, group
trips, and celebrations. Minutes from the zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego's best beaches. All the space of home — none of the hotel hassle.
The space
4 bedrooms + a private loft that doubles as an office or kids' play room.
Master bedroom: private bathroom, smart TV, and plenty of space to unwind.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: cozy retreats — no TVs, designed for restful sleep.
Bedroom 4: spacious suite with its own private entrance, smart TV, and an attached office — ideal for remote workers or guests who want extra privacy.
Loft: desk setup with a bed — great as a workspace by day, extra sleeping space by night.
Full kitchen with modern appliances, large living room with smart TV, and a backyard featuring a gas grill, outdoor dining area, and our signature outdoor movie theater with projector and screen. Fast Wi-Fi throughout. Smart lock for easy self check-in.

You'll have full access to the entire main level — all 4 bedrooms, loft, kitchen, living room, backyard, outdoor movie theater, and all amenities. The garage and second floor (exterior entrance) are not accessible to guests. Free driveway and street
parking available. Self check-in via smart lock — code provided before arrival.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and back/garage area for your safety — no interior cameras. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with families nearby, so please respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). Parking is available
in the driveway and on the street — please don't block neighbors' driveways. The outdoor movie theater works best after sunset — we provide everything you need to set it up in the guidebook.
