No smoking or vaping permitted indoors. Please dispose of waste properly if smoking outside.

Furry friends are welcome with prior permission and pet fee; we ask that you clean up after them. No pets are to be left unattended in the home unless crated.

Parties and gatherings are not permitted, no unauthorized guests allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. We are in a residential community, please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow posted rules for fire pit and grill use.

If the above rules are broken at any point, your stay may be immediately discontinued without refund. There will be a $1,000 fine for parties, and for smoking in the unit. We appreciate you help in keeping our home safe and making your stay as enjoyable as possible!
