This complex is in a wonderful location, just a few steps from the white sand beach and close to great local options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. When you're not swimming or kayaking in the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, you can check out the Gulf Breeze Zoo, the Pensacola Lighthouse, the Pensacola Children's Museum, and the Naval Aviation Museum. Sports fans can even catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos game at Admiral Fetterman Field!

Condo was updated and clean inside. Kitchen was VERY well equipped. Located steps away from beautiful beach or pool. Nice quiet gated community, but close enough to local restaurants and attractions. Host was quick to respond with a few questions we had.Would highly recommend.

Great location, beach wasn’t very busy, 2 minute walk to the Gulf, quiet area, 2 minute walk to trolley. Grill and washing machine were not functional which is a big reason for the rating.

Great place! They’ve made some changes in paint and flooring since the pics were taken but it still looks great. Only thing that seems dated is the carpet on the stairs. Excellent location with easy walk to the beach and we loved the included beach toys, floats, etc. they have for guests in the garage. My only real Issue with the place is that unfortunately the smallest sound carries through the whole house. It’s like the walls inside the place are paper thin. However, we didn’t hear our neighbors at all, so that was good. Overall, this was a good value for the price and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Beach Condo!

We rented this condo for a beach weekend with friends and family. The condo was clean and in the perfect location with easy beach access. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Getaway

We loved the proximity to the beach and the restaurants were only a short drive away. All the beach and pool stuff in the garage for us to use was fantastic surprise!

Perfect for our family

We loved this place! Everything inside the unit was incredibly clean and new/updated. The location was awesome with easy access to the beach, and they even provided tons of beach stuff (toys, chairs, floats, etc)! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect townhouse by the beach. Loved the location, the beds, the grill on the balcony, the plentiful towels and the 2 car garage (though the garage door had to open/close by hand because the opener wouldn't). 4 adults and 3 small kids had a blast here.

Great location & plenty of room

Perfect for our family of 5 with room to spare. Beach toys included in the garage & beach service provided by the management company. Pool was conveniently right outside our back deck and beach very close by too.

House needs freshen up, fresh paint on inside, carpets cleaned, updated dishes and cookware, new beach supplies. Great place for a small family and being close to beach and pools. Town just a short drive down the road.

Overall, it was a great location listed exactly like we wanted and Moore. The only problem was. I kept getting text from the people saying about a disturbance or just constant texting me when I was trying to be on the beach trying to enjoy my vacation about a bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with us. A lot of the questions should be asked when we are completely finished with our vacation not during our time there.
