This sunlit condo provides a welcome escape for your next trip to the Emerald Coast. Nearby, enjoy adventures around Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Emerald Bay Golf Club, and Henderson Beach State Park.
Inside, you can relax in the condo's central air-conditioning as you prepare for many fun-filled days ahead. The condo's kitchenette has enough room to store leftovers from each of your local culinary adventures. The soft sofa is the perfect spot to lounge while tuning in to a movie and watching the sunset through the extensive peek-a-boo ocean views from the adjacent windows.
Outside, enjoy access to the resort's shared pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and grilling area. The resort's perks extend inside to a shared fitness room.
THINGS TO KNOW
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
