Esta villa recientemente renovada tiene una cocina nueva, tres baños nuevos y un patio ampliado personalizado con muebles de comedor y sala de estar al aire libre. También incluye todos los muebles nuevos, accesorios, camas, ropa de cama y decoración, y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. La cocina completamente equipada, la parrilla al aire libre y los nuevos electrodomésticos permiten una villa relajante y conveniente para disfrutar de su tiempo en casa, con la conveniencia adicional de Maracuya Beach Club, uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona, justo al salir. La piscina infinita de dos niveles, la playa y el océano también están a 30 pasos y hacen que la Flying H Villa sea la más buscada en la propiedad de Bahía Pez Vela.

Esta villa de 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños, 2150 pies cuadrados, está disponible para alquileres semanales. Este diseño de dos niveles es una de solo cuarenta villas, en una cala aislada, lo que lo convierte en una escapada encantadora.

Villa incluye, TV, internet inalámbrico, lavadora y secadora, y una cocina totalmente equipada. Aire central con ventiladores de techo en cada habitación y una maravillosa brisa marina y sonidos del océano en el patio. Servicio de mucama y seguridad las 24 horas, están a su disposición.

Los tours de pesca y buceo de clase mundial parten de nuestra playa y el excelente esnórquel está justo en la orilla, así como los masajes disponibles en la playa. I have stayed in many VRBO's over the years. Never have I encountered the thoughtfulness, professionalism and attention to detail displayed by these owners. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a welcome beach bag, a birthday banner and monogram stockings for all my family members. Very well stocked Villa. Resort office helped with all our excursions. The view was amazing. Highly recommend! Thank you Verda & Neil! We made memories that will last a lifetime! PURA VIDA!

We had the most incredible week at Neil and Verda’s beautiful vacation home in Costa Rica while celebrating my husband’s 75th birthday! The house was absolutely immaculate, with breathtaking views we never got tired of. Neil and Verda went above and beyond to make our stay special – they helped us organize a personal chef for a special birthday dinner, offered fantastic restaurant recommendations, suggested unique excursions, and connected us with a great car rental service. We were welcomed with a thoughtful gift including a personalized banner celebrating my husband’s special birthday and a bottle of champagne. Their attention to detail and warmth made this a truly memorable trip. Family Vacation & Graduation Celebration

From first contact to the Verda was amazing. Super detailed, quick to respond to all my questions and made our first time visiting Costa Rica comfortable and seamless. From the prepackage email I felt extremely prepared. On top of the details the owners my this trip very personal by having a special gift for our son who had just graduated from High school. The house was fantastic. Exactly as pictured but better and extremely clean!!! Every detail was thought of from coolers for the beach, mugs chilled in the freezer to local recommendations. This was one of the best trips ever for my family and great place to disconnect and slowdown from the rush of the world. I 1000% recommend Verda’s place. Best Host ever!

Right on the beach!

This is a wonderful property with great owners! You really can’t beat the views from this property either and the interior is like brand new. There is a good restaurant right next door and the community pool is also right next door. The landscaping gives you the privacy from them but you still have the convenience! Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful!

This was our best experience ever! From the beginning the communication was immediate and thorough. There is no description that can truly describe the paradise this place is. This villa is literally just steps from dining, pools, and beach! Wake up each morning and enjoy your coffee on the beautiful patio listening to the waves roll in. The interior amenities are extremely well appointed! So when you are inside it is just as wonderful! Honestly, I cannot wait to return!

Read the reviews and book with confidence. We absolutely loved our stay at the Flying H Villa. This was our family’s first trip to Costa Rica and we’ll definitely be back and will stay here again. We loved the town, the people, the property management staff, location, wildlife and everything this place had to offer. Verda couldn’t have been more wonderful. She really helped make our vacation amazing! I’ve been booking places from VRBO for probably 15 years or more and this was one of the best experiences! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Location, location, location

The Flying H Villa was the perfect location for our anniversary vacation. Located right on the beach, the villa has beautiful views and access to the private beach at Bahia Pez Vela. It is also just steps away from restaurant and pools without sacrificing any privacy because of landscaping and design. We enjoyed several couples massages right on the back porch with with beach breezes and cool shade. The villa itself has lovely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings are comfortable and as mentioned previously, the back porch is awesome. The Flying H Villa would also be great for a large family or three couples since it has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. We hope to return soon with the family!

Look No Further For Your Costa Rican Villa

From the day we booked the unit, all through our trip, Verda was in communication with us and gave us lots of great information about the area, things to do, etc. The property is beautiful and the staff on site are all very nice and accommodating. The property is about a 10 minute drive into Coco where you can find grocery stores, restaurants and all other conveniences. The unit is as beautiful in person as you see in the pictures. We saw a humpback whale with her baby almost every day not far off the beach. You can hear howler monkeys in the mornings and evenings right on the property. We made great memories and can't wait for our next trip.

Absolutely Loved this Property!

I took my adult sons and their girlfriends to Costa Rica last week. I spent hours looking for "the best" place to stay on our trip. Luckily for me I did truly find "the best" place to stay at Verda and Neil's Villa. Their Villa is in the ideal location within the resort, looking at the ocean from the inside living area, huge outdoor patio living space and two front bedrooms, steps from the black sand beach, pool and restaurant. I can't say enough positive things about this property and it's owners. Verda gave me so much information ahead of time about what to do and where to go including specific driving directions and suggested restaurants along the way. Places to eat locally after our long days of adventure. There was nothing to want for once we arrived. I did not have to contact the owners once while we were there. You have everything you need and more at the Villa. From beach towels, floats and cornhole which we enjoyed playing at night on the lawn looking at and listening to the ocean. We (my son and his fiance) only cooked one night while we were there but they were raving about the amazing kitchen and all of its contents. The Villa was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I have not one criticism of this property or it's owners. I highly recommend this property to anyone lucky enough to visit Costa Rica.

Relaxation at it finest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at flying H villa and Bahia Pez Vela. This was our first time in Costa Rica and we can’t wait to go back. Honestly the location of this villa can’t be beat. You are right on the beach and can fall asleep listening to the waves. The beach is somewhat small but plenty big enough for us. Our favorite was snorkeling and searching the tide pools for hermit crabs.and whatever else we might find. it was exactly what we were looking for! Beach side with a little wildlife. We saw about 15 monkeys in the tree by the gate midway through our trip and that was definitely a highlight (ask the office to let you know when they see them) Staff on the resort was extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant was good (dinner the best). We rented a car so we ventured to a grocery store the first and second day. First one was a little mini mart and kinda sketchy but second one (automercado) was awesome and had everything american you’d want plus extra Costa Rican specialties. The villa was STOCKED! They paid attention to details like hooks to hang swimsuits in the shower, chargers on bedside tables, a variety of floats, and any kitchen item you might need. We also ventured to La fortuna area which was about a 3.5 hour trip one way. Long drive but doable from this villa if you’re interested in seeing more of the country. Arrived home just in time to see the beautiful sunset from the top of the hill! thanks Hutchisons for allowing us to enjoy your place!

Hospitality at its best!

The best part of our trip was Verda and Neil’s gorgeous beachfront rental. Beautiful location providing plenty of room for our family of 5 with all the necessities covered. The space is well stocked and sparkling clean with comfortable furniture inside and out. Plenty of towels for the pool and beach as well as fun, themed dishware for our meals in. Access to a serene black sand beach that was basically private for our entire stay. We had daily visits from geckos and iguanas and even the monkeys made a morning appearance with their young. Tropical and lush grounds at the resort as well as friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. The restaurant, Soluna, had a variety of food and drink choices each presented with unique flair. Verda was easily reached and responded quickly to all my questions making us feel confidant in our choice. We would recommend choosing The Flying H Villa for your trip to Costa Rica.

Fabulous Family Vacation/VRBO Property

WOW is all we can say about this property!.. Let me start by saying that the owners of the property (Verda and Neil) are exceptional!!! Thank you to them for answering ALL of our questions, making many suggestions, and being VERY prompt with answering!! The VRBO is just as listed/pictures shown in the description! Beautiful! All the furnishings, comfortable beds/bathrooms. The house lacks for nothing! Everything that you could possibly need in the home is supplied. The house is literally 100ft from the black sand beach which is beautiful. There is a large tree in the backyard property that was filled with howler monkeys 2 days in a row. The On-property Soluna had a great menu: breakfast, lunch and dinner and we ate there on several occasions. We made several trips to one of the local grocery stores (Auto Mercado), again on a recommendation from Verda. I would recommend this VRBO 100% and hope to return soon!

Amazing Christmas on the Beach

We took our kids to Costa Rica for Christmas and had a wonderful stay. When we arrived the house was decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree, and we had Christmas stockings embroidered with our names. This was an unexpected surprise. All of our kids said this was the best Christmas trip we have had. We had wonderful evenings on the patio and great days in the pool and the ocean. We took several excursions that were arranged with the property manager. Both were wonderful. They sent us a grocery shopping list in advance, so we had food ready for our first evening and the next morning. The property patio is an easy walk to the ocean and we listened to the waves in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. Neil and Verda were amazing hosts. They communicated with us leading up to the trip, providing us the details we needed to check in and enjoy the Coco area. They also reached out after our arrival to make sure everything was as expected and to determine if we needed anything. When the pickup point for our sunset cruise had to be changed due to ocean conditions, we received a call from Cesar that morning to facilitate the change. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay with Neil and Verda on our next trip to Costa Rica!

Our stay at the Flying H was amazing. The place was perfect for our four teenagers, my husband and me. Every morning we sat on veranda and just enjoyed the ocean. The beach is very private and sometimes we had it all to ourselves. Our second morning we saw a humpback whale; our second last morning we saw a humpback whale and her baby! The howler monkeys swung right by the beach one day putting on a wonderful show. We snorkelled nearly every day seeing many sea turtles, sting rays, an eel and beautiful tropical fish! Having laundry on-site was a blessing as was the A/C. Cesar was amazing arranging tours and answering any questions we had. Verda was wonderful, kind and very responsive. We recommend renting a vehicle - we went into town everyday to go to the gym and/or get groceries, we also went on a trip to see sloths (directions and the idea given to us by Verda). We took an over night trip to Arenal (highly recommend). We cannot say enough good things about the Flying H villa! It was paradise and even the teenagers gave it rave reviews. Thank you Verda and Neil for sharing your Costa Rican paradise with us!

FABULOUS!

I have rented through VRBO many times, and depend heavily on the reviews to help set my expectations. The Flying H Villa EXCEEDED the already high expectations I had from reading the other reviews. This villa and the location are both phenomenal. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with lots of color, glass and light. Very clean. Lots of space. And it was so fun to arrive and have it decorated for Christmas--including personalized stockings for all of us. Less than a minute to walk to the beach, pool, or restaurant. Very private and secluded feeling on the outdoor patio. Our crew of 5 included my husband, two sons (9 & 12) and mother. The 3 upstairs bedroom easily accommodated all of us. We gave Mom the master bedroom because we knew we would be out and about most of the time, and she loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the kids play in the ocean. The other bedroom with a king size bed was equally large and also looked out on the ocean. We ate at Picante restaurant once for lunch and twice for dinner during our week long stay. Not many other people there, but the food was very good. Juan was a delight, and we went out kayaking with him one morning. You are an exciting 10 minute drive from town, but we expected that and was not a problem for us as we had a car. We had something planned for just about every day, and very much appreciated the information that Verda provided. The office on site was very helpful in setting up a few things that we had not arranged ahead of time. Our favorite activities of the week: *Hacienda Guachipelin adventure -- something for everyone! We stayed here our first night in Costa Rica. *Diamante EcoAdventure Park--they have a rescue animal sanctuary on site which we sought out as our 9 yr old desperately wanted to see a sloth. Lucy the sloth was perfect, and we lucked into showing up at feeding time and they let our son feed her. Highlight of his trip. *Diving with Deep Blue Divers. Our 12 yr old is not certified, so he did a Discovery dive with them which involve a brief pool session the afternoon before and then my husband and I (who are certified) were able to do a 2 tank morning dive with him and the instructor. *Cortez Waterfall-- swimming below a beautiful waterfall was a dream come true for Grammy Too much stuff to mention. Just snorkeling off the beach was delightful. A magical trip, and this villa and Verda's guidance were certainly a very important part of that.

Flying H Villa is great!

This villa had everything that was advertised. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous! The owners have renovated their home with bright new features including new furniture inside and out, lots of lighting throughout, and a beautiful kitchen. The villa is located in a quiet, secure community with ocean front views, and very close to one of the two community pools. The restaurant on-site has some of the best food that we had throughout the country. The presentation of the food and drink was amazing. The restaurant workers and office staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met. Everyone was so kind & pleasant, eager to please their guests. The were lucky to meet the owners. Neil & Verda are so nice & welcoming. They add special touches to make you feel welcome in their home. Prior to our vacation, Verda sent emails with information about car rentals/transportation, site seeing recommendations, and favorite restaurants nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The resort offers everything you need to have a great vacation, and is close to the village of Playa Coco so you can stock up on whatever is needed and have the convenience of restaurants, banks, shopping and night spots. We have met some of the greatest families and truly enjoy helping them with memories they will cherish.

We also own another villa at Bahia Pez Vela, #87837 and we have enjoyed the property and staff immensely. This Beach Front Villa gives us another wonderful opportunity to share Costa Rica in a way that brings great pleasure to our guests,
