Spend leisurely days between the resort’s two pools, a seasonal snack shack, a resort-style pool near the building, and a beachfront pool that is seasonally heated. The open-concept layout offers ample room to entertain, complete with a Gulf-view living area with a flat-screen TV, a stylish dining area, and a pristine kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The ocean-view suite offers balcony access and an en suite bathroom. Added perks include TVs in each bedroom, central air-conditioning, and a shared gym. Your fantastic locale leaves you within walking distance of popular eateries and attractions. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
