The Space:

Kick your feet up and take a deep breath on the balcony of this heavenly getaway with a cold drink in hand. There is nothing better than a serene day by the water with sandy toes and sunkissed-skin, so clear your calendar and take some time for yourself. The beach is perfect, but this complex also has tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard, and rental equipment available for you to enjoy. The inside of this condo is just as good as outside, as its charming decor, bright interior, and full kitchen will allow each guest to feel right at home. When it is time to call it a night, fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves as you watch a favorite movie on the TV.



This unique location gives you the best of both worlds, as you will feel as if you are in a secluded beach town yet be within a short distance to the busy city center! Drive eight miles up the coast and find the hustle and bustle of Pier Park and shop till you drop at the plethora of boutiques. While you are in the area, take the kids to Gulf World or Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure for a day of amusement. If you want to venture out, you can easily rent paddleboards and paddle along the inlet for an afternoon of serenity on the calm waters. Get your legs moving and hike along the paths of Camp Helen State Park that features an excellent view of Lake Powell.

Wonderful stay

The room was nice but the floor and microwave were dirty. After a thorough clean, we were good. I loved the location. We have stayed in this area over the past 10 years. The only thing that I have a complaint with is the fees and taxes. It was over 400 dollars. Fees and taxes were more than the total rental costs. Coming here has become very expensive.

Pinnacle port

Clean unit. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Loved our view of the ocean. Close to beach, pool, and grills. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials. They provided dish soap and paper towels which was nice but only one extra garbage bag. Bring a few more. The beds, pillows and couches are very comfortable. The AC is cold. Really enjoyed our stay at pinnacle port. Would book again.

Nice Location But Issues With Unit

Love the location. Have stayed at this property before and was happy with Pinnacle Port and Vacasa staff. Both responded in a timely fashion to any problems. However, I would give the unit itself a 3. The air conditioner does not remove the humidity from the air regardless of the temperature. Everything was damp. The unit needs updating. Kitchen area is cramped and hard for two people to occupy at the same time. It looks much better in the pictures. The pictures are deceiving. Finally the sliding glass door is extremely difficult to open from both the inside and especially the outside which does not have an adequate handle to grip. Our last evening, we could not get the door open to go back into the unit. I had to call the emergency number for Vacasa (thankfully I had my phone and emergency number). They contacted Pinnacle Port who sent their security person to enter the unit and open the door from the inside. If you stay in this unit, do not completely close the sliding glass door when you go out on the balcony.

Love this unit

The unit was lovely and clean and in a great location! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. We hope to stay in it again! The listing suggested we might need to bring extra blankets, so we did, but our family didn't need them. Take that for what it's worth-it was Dec. when we stayed, but our family is more hot-natured. Overall, we were very pleased.

Great beach experience!

If you want a quiet place to stay, be walking distance from the beach and pool, love watching the sunset....this is the place for you! This unit is perfect! The beach is not too crowded as most places in Panama City. The beach area is clean and water is crystal clear!

perfect location

the beds were soft, the view was amazing and right on the sand, the bldg is quiet, all the kitchen stuff you could ask for, updated unit, lots of amenities-pools, playground, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball courts, plenty of places to walk, restaurants within a few miles.

Great Get Away

The condo had a wonderful view of the ocean where we were able to watch lots of dolphins and some breathtaking sunsets. We liked that it was the end condo and easily accessible to the beach. The king size bed was super comfortable and the condo was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The location is great. The beach is private, and the crowds were very manageable compared to other beaches on the Gulf. The check in process via email told us to go to the Guard shack, and the guard sent us to the front office. This was a little frurstrating. The listing shows twin beds in the picture, but the 2nd bedroom just had a full bed. This caused some issues, and the AC was not working at full capacity. The indoor temp fluctuated between 75 and 81 all week. I had asked for them to send me a list of properties to move to, because they did offer a switch, but it took me over 24 hours to get any responses or action. By the time someone really started looking everything was taken. Overall we had a great time though. The property itself is amazing, and there is a lot to do.

The condo is as advertise. One picture of the front bedroom is unclear. It only has a Queen bed. If you need a dark bedroom to sleep, that bedroom isn’t a good choice or, at least know you’ll need eye mask. I do suggest the owner install a black out shade in that room. The condo has great views from both sides, a lovely little balcony with comfy chairs, is located at the end of the corridor at the stairs so there’s no foot traffic going past, the kitchen is well stocked, the appliances are good and all and all it’s a good choice. The small pool is very convenient and the big pool is great with a small grill in deck that has good food and a friendly vibe. Publix is almost across the street and there are lots of good restaurants. We’ll be back.
