Six ceiling fans (including one in each bedroom) and central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside while you put together lovely meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the table for three. Kick back in the main living area and channel surf or enjoy the view of the Gulf from the furnished sunroom - a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Additional amenities at this home include a gas grill and complimentary internet access.

Great location. Super clean. Everything as advertised and more. Lots of unexpected extras. Even though door to the outside of sunroom locks, we would recommend re-installing locks to sliding doors to give guests a better since of security.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

We completely enjoyed our time at Mexico Beach! The property was as described, clean, easy to access and a great place for our small family to stay. This is a location we will be adding to our family vacation list, and will definitely be back!

Awesome little beach duplex.

The stay was great, the other duplex was also occupied and we did hear our neighbors at all unless we were both in the front yard at the same time. Pictures of the place are accurate! Would recommend.

Summer Beach Vacation

Over all we had a great vacation at the house. The location is great with easy access to the beach and great views of gulf. The only complaints we had was the couch had a weird smell and the mattress in main bed room could use replacing The beach amenities, wagon, umbrella’s and chairs were a great bonus and came in very handy. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future

Beautiful property, beautiful view of the beach!

Cannot say enough good things about this property. Fully equipped with all you need and the property managers and owner are the best you could ever want. Right across 98 from beautiful Mexico Beach and no other properties in front to obstruct the beautiful view. You will not be disappointed! We will be back!

Other than the refrigerator smelling like fish absolutely 100% the best place to stay in Mexico Beac

Refrigerator smelled a little fishy. Other than that the Price location was absolutely awesome. Will definitely be coming back three or four times a year.

Great rental/bad communication with Vacasa

We arrived late but check in was very simple with the code provided. First impression was great, looked and smelled clean, very spacious and beachy. The location and proximity to the beach is great. Great front yard with a fire pit (no firewood provided) facing the ocean for beautiful sunsets. We did have an issue with the linens. Called the number for Vacasa and the solution we came to was they would bring clean linens the next day since we could sleep in the spare room. They were supposed to call before coming but did not. Linens were brought while we were not there. I had sent a couple of emails with questions about what was included with the house before we left and one while we were there to the Vacasa email on the app and did not receive a response until after we had been back home for a couple of days. We definitely would stay here again. Vacasa customer service needs a little improvement though.
