The Space:

Soak in the sunshine, the salty air, and the gorgeous surf at this beachfront condo in Sterling Breeze, where you'll wake up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico each morning. Take your breakfast out to the private balcony, fit in a quick workout in the 24-hour fitness center, and come home from the beach to spend the afternoon enjoying the seasonally heated swimming pool, the poolside cafe, and the relaxing hot tub.



This Gulf-front property is located on the white-sand shores of Panama City Beach, only half a mile up the road from Pier Park's world-class shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other forms of entertainment. You'll also find hours of family fun at Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark, all of which are within a four-mile drive. If you're looking to spend some time out in nature, you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish at the Russell-Fields Pier, or explore Powell Lake at beautiful Camp Helen State Park.



THINGS TO KNOW

Complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) provided March through October

Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Step directly onto the pristine white sands and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!



Other Things to Note:

REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.

SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.

FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.

FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.

COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.

POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!

RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.

AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.

RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.

BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.

LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.

PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.

THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there any food in the vacation home? No. All open food products including salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning and coffee are thrown out after every check-out.

Is there an ice maker on the property? No, every unit has a refrigerator with an ice maker

Is there daily housekeeping service? No.

Is the pool heated? No.

Is there a crib? No. Crib Rental Companies: Crib Connection, Beach Baby. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to guest arrival

Is children day care or nanny service available? No, if you need someone to watch an elder or children, you can contact “Nurse or Nanny home health”

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM

What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.

Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.

CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.



Interaction with Guests:

ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Our stay was PERFECT! The condo was clean and very accommodating. It had everything we needed. Very well furnished. The view of the beach is awesome and the sunset view from the balcony couldn’t be better.

Love Sterling Breeze!!

Unit had a well stocked kitchen, decor was cute and beachy and great sunset views from the 14th floor! Bed was comfy and the unit had extra bedding in the closet for the pull out sleeper. Nice patio furniture and grill on balcony is a plus!! Would stay in this unit again!

Perfect Girls Trip

Best vacation

The room was clean and nice. The staff were very helpful at the desk and around pool deck. We has a hurricane in the gulf and everyone was so nice keeping us updated. Nothing to do with our stay but more for the owner. Tighten the rails on bunk beds and might want to recover or get new chairs for living room and some of the decoration need replacing. The stay and the room were nice just a suggestion to get returning customers for you condo.

Nice Unit

This was a nice little unit. We have stayed in better at Sterling Breeze, but this was fine for what we needed. The leather couch had several spots that were peeling off. Other than that, the unit was pretty clean and had everything we needed. King bed not comfortable. Very firm Mattress.

The unit was clean but lacking in amenities. The kitchen has one skillet and the grill needs a thorough cleaning before it could be used. When we stay a week we typically like to cook in the unit a few nights but couldn’t really do that this time. For the 3 of us we made due but the unit sleeps 6 so it definitely would have been an issue if we had anymore people. We love Sterling Breeze and have stayed at the property several times over the years and have been spoiled with units where the owners have gone over and above with what they provide in the condo…such as beach toys, boogie boards, extra umbrellas and chairs, early check in. This unit was just very basic on what was provided and was the first time early check in was not an option. I understand it’s never guaranteed but was told the unit doesn’t offer it period.

Nice yet small

Condo was nice. It is small with a king master bedroom and bunk beds in the hallway. There are two nice size bathrooms and a walk in shower in the master bath. There are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter and no dining table. The living room chairs are tired/smelly and need to be replaced. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Patio furniture is awesome; the grill is disgusting. Within walking distance to Dustys Oysters. Very loud with many families and young people partying. Lots of pot smoking going on around us. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer/dryer worked. Pretty clean overall. You cannot see the pier as I’d thought you could from the photos. We weren’t in the condo much so it did fit our needs.

Nice place for the money!

Great views from room! Was a great condo considering the master shower had like three inches of water that wouldn’t drain and felt very much like a campground shower stall!! I found a plunger and fixed the problem not wanting to bother anyone. Putting clothes up when arriving noticed a drawer pull missing but found it laid inside the drawer. I had a screwdriver in my vehicle so I fixed it. Garbage disposal was not working till I turned the breaker on. Beautiful place but so many obvious things wrong it was like work the first day and half! Actually didn’t care for the permanent bracelets that couldn’t be cleaned properly like the rubber slip on bracelets that I expect are much more expensive but removable during this crucial epidemic. Not trying to be picky but was our vacation! Still recommend this place!

Internet and pullout

I have email from Vacasa saying internet wifi is for recreational use only. I wanted to Netflix to work that is recreational. Was spoiling and not working. It says in our contract they won’t fix it. I have rude email stating that they won’t fix. Also if you plan on using pull out you have to ask them in advance for bedding. I did get someone to help with both but when you get there first day and just ask why is my wifi not working and I need bedding for pull out you should not receive such rude email. If anyone would like copy of email I will share. Overall after that very nice complex.

Property and room dirty.

Only after booking did we learn the 1) of the 2) elevators was broken and to expect long waits. Only after booking did we learn the only grill available for us to use is broken. The pool rules are extensive and ridiculous. There was still trash in our room (under the toe kick and furniture) all of the dishes in the cabinet were wet. The couch has a cover on it (faux leather falling apart) so when we opened it for bed time pcs went everywhere. The room it’s self was good but moldy around the AC vents. The property (main entrance) has had and still has a water leak with some moldy spots on the walls. There is also an unsightly drain pipe dumping nasty pond water from across the street onto the beach on the side of the condo, so depending on the amount of rain and current the beach may be brown water.
