The Space:

There's nothing like sipping a glass of iced tea on a private balcony (or two, in this condo's case) overlooking miles of fresh white sand on the first day of your Panama City vacation. Let the wind whisper through your beautiful oceanside Pinnacle Port villa while you use the kitchen to make some lunches for a full day of sand and surf or just drift off to sleep in the open living area. Spend the morning with some strong coffee, then meet up with friends to enjoy the community pool and basketball and tennis courts. Guests also have use of the storage unit on the ground floor for fishing equipment, golf clubs, or whatever they need. For now, it's supplied with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, rafts, extra coolers, and crab and shell nets - a perfect starter kit for a vacation!



What's nearby:

There's a lot of great shopping all over Panama City like 30Avenue, three miles away, Crossings At Inlet Beach, two and a half miles away, and Pier Park, only eight miles away. Maybe you want to get out on the water? Charter a boat with Dead Fish Charters, 16 miles away for great deep-sea fishing of King mackerel, Cobia, and Snapper. Don't want to go that far out? Panama City Beach offers great waves for surfing, and you can even get some lessons and even rent equipment like surfboards, paddleboards, bicycles, and kayaks from Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop.

loved the condo, the beach was less crowded

Loved the area it wasn’t a far drive to PCB to eat. The condo was nice and felt very family friendly

It was a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Great condo on the beach. Rentals for bicycles, kayaks, and things like that right there.

We loved it!

We love visiting Pinnacle Port and this unit was perfect. Very spacious unit for our party of 8. It appeared to have been recently updated. Loved being close to the main pool and having a reserved parking space. Kitchen was well equipped. The only downside was we didn’t have enough sheets for all of the beds, but we made it work.

Great location

A++ on how clean this condo was. Great job to the cleaning crew. This is located in a very high end upscale neighborhood. Beach and water were perfect. Yes, the living room furniture is outdated, but who comes to the beach to spend their time inside? I somehow missed the note about stopping by the office of Vacasa before going there. Security wouldn’t let us into the neighborhood (I lived that though- felt super safe). I would def stay here again.

Everything with the room was as expected but the overall property wasn’t as clean as we expected but we also realize it’s high vacation time and hard to stay on top of everything at such a large place. The elevators were an issue occasionally, we used the stairs when possible. We will stay again in the future.

Great Property & Great Location

We loved the unit and the property! It was spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the Gulf! Pinnacle Port and the Carillon Beach area are hard to beat in the PCB area. Also the owners obviously want the guests to take advantage of their generous hospitality because once you get to the room, there is a note on the fridge that tells you that you DO have access to the reserved parking which is so convenient and their storage closet which has beach toys, chairs, etc. This is in the listing but there is conflicting communication on the parking in the messages sent out by Vacasa and you do have to call them to get the storage room key-which I did. The local office was very helpful but the key did not open the storage closet. Possibly just a communication mix up. Again all reps from Vacasa were helpful and easy to reach. The condo was superb and we hope to be back again next year!

Some issues

We have stayed at this property several times over the past 10 years and this time was the worst. It seemed like it was one thing right after another. I seen two very very large roaches down by the pool, our balcony door leaked and the handle was broken. They shut the pool down for an entire day due to pipes being busted in the bathroom, which also caused part of the building to be without water. We typically go during peak season in July, so I'm not sure if the time of year affected our experience or if it was the rough weather from hurricane Ida. But I was actually shocked by these things because we have NEVER ran into any issues in the past.

Very pleased

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the beach due to bad weather. But we had plenty of room to hang out and play games to pass the time in the condo. There were nine of us total and we never felt crowded in the room. It takes a day or two to hear back from the property owner. And they don't always provide you with accurate information. There IS a crockpot in the room, but they didn't know that. They told me they asked the cleaners and was told that there wasn't one. Traveling with 9 ppl doesn't leave much room. It would have been nice to not have had to bring ours. Also the wifi information that they provide you is incorrect. Please check the router for the correct login info. Just another small but unnecessary hassle the we encountered. Oh, and the are box fans in every bedroom. I need a good fan for noise so that was great. Overall, it was nice. We would stay here again.

Great area right on the beach, condo could use a deep cleaning

This is a beautiful area.. you drive through the cutest little neighborhood to get to the condos. They have luggage and shopping carts out so you can get your luggage up more easily and they have temp spots near the door so you can load & unload your things. The first thing we noticed was this condo had stairs. There were no pictures of stairs or any information that this was a split level at the time we booked. No big deal, but with twin 11 month olds we would have brought baby gates and such to make our lives a bit easier. This condo has a washer and dryer, keurig, regular coffee pot, and a crockpot which were all nice to have. When we stayed, this condo was in need of a good thorough cleaning. The walls, cabinets, and glass in the shower were dirty in places, which made us question whether there was actually extra cleaning taking place as stated. We wiped down all knobs, some cabinet doors, and handles with soap and water just in case. The vent fans in the bathrooms were covered in dust and under the beds and furniture had trash and dirt behind them (we don't regularly look under furniture like that but babies dropped some toys lol). This condo is right next to a Publix and Dunkin which was awesome. We had a sit down dinner at amici 30a mexican kitchen, and take out from bubba's pizza, and amici 30a italian kitchen. We highly recommend both amici's which are right down the road from the condo. Overall, this is a cute condo with a great view of the beach & ocean in the right upstairs bedroom. The furniture in the living room could be updated to something more comfortable, and the whole place could use a deep cleaning. However, we would definitely stay in the Carillon beach area again.
