The condo was amazing. We really enjoyed staying for 3 nights. We loved the views from the 7th floor! Even seen dolphins! The only downfall to the stay was they closed the pool and hot tub at dark which this time of year is way too early!

Great location with amazing beach view! Easy beach access. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking, and plenty of towels were provided in the bathrooms. Parking was easy to access too. We look forward to a return visit!

Comfortable & Roomy with a Fantastic View

This space is exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room to spend time together, but also space to spread out. Loved mornings and evenings on the balcony. Although the building seemed full it was quiet. Always came back to a good parking space. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway

We booked this condo and were pleased with the entire package. Beautiful accommodations, great location, and very peaceful. The condo was as described and so much more. We book rentals from various sites for all our vacations, and this unit is ranked in our book as one of the best. It had everything thing we needed and the bed was comfy!! We enjoyed eating on the balcony over looking the gulf. We even spotted some dolphins one morning. Well maintained property! We would choose this again if we are back in the area. 5 🌟

Great Location

We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at Sandy Key. Master bed was comfy. Balcony was fabulous. Communication with management was pretty easy. The one negative is the loud dehumidifier that kicks on and off and runs quite a bit. We learned after the first night to close the bedroom door to block it out. It worked! Overall we had a fantastic stay!

Great location

This property is in a great location, close to restaurants, grocery store & beach. We saw sting rays, dolphins and schools and schools of fish from the balcony. The AC is amazing! The not so great items about this property is there is no WiFi no matter what they tell you. I reported it twice as I needed it for work, but no one ever came by. The pots & pans need a little update.

Longtime friends weekend

The condo was great, location, views, all excellent. The only slight issues were no heavier blankets, no fans in bedrooms, and shower head in hall bath room was way too high. Maybe add an arm for shorter people. Picking and dropping off keys in a different location was not cool. confusing. Overall wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Fabulous view and location

Nice condo, great balcony, comfortable beds and living room furniture and so great to have washer/dryer inside of unit. Be prepared for an extremely loud AC unit which is right beside Main bedroom, freezer leaks water down front of door, water taps in one sink in main bedroom leak and other minor issues which annoyed us somewhat but unit still very nice. Attention to maintenance details needed. Communication with Vacasa poor and as an FYI key pick up for unit located not at this condo but off site down the street

Perfect stay!

First impression walking in was CLEAN! Plenty of toilet paper, bath towels, etc.; dishwashing liquid for a few days, two loads of laundry detergent, two loads of dishwasher detergent. We cook and we’re pleased with kitchen stock. The outside grounds were immaculate as were the pools. One being heated to be very comfortable. We found being just few short miles to a Publix was really handy. Restaurants close by , including prompt pizza. delivery. What really impressed us was not being able,to hear any road traffic noise. I do want to mention the balcony was roomy with very nice furniture. Vacasa personally called to check on us. They texted also to see if we needed anything. No complaints at all

Nice place

We enjoyed our time here, the place was very clean and loved the location. We were unable to check in because someone had locked the dead bolt, the problem did get resolved after convincing several different people that we were using the key properly they sent someone out to let us in. This might not have been so frustrating had we not stopped and got groceries and had 3 kids standing outside the room, would suggest installing keyless entry. The other recommendation is to have some blackout curtains or shades installed in the smaller bedroom because the fluorescent lights on the exterior shine so brightly into the bedroom that no one slept that first night, we bought some black garbage bags and taped up the window which solved that issue. The other issue with that bedroom is that the top bunk squeaks so loudly when one rolls over that it wakes the dead!!! Also might consider replacing the dishwasher soon it had a broken wheel so anytime we rolled it out to load something it sounded like all the dishes were going to break. Other than that it was great!
