Perfect for family vacation

It was a great location to restaurants. The view was fantastic! Decor was appointed and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again.

Loved the view, carpets need cleaned but that’s it. Will be bringing the family back!

LOVELEY RESORT

IT WAS OFF-SEASON, YET THE PLACE WAS PACKED, PROBABLY BECAUSE IT IS BEAUTIFUL! RESORT WAS CLEAN, PLENTY OF CHAIRS AT THE POOLS AND THE BEACH. LOW NOISE LEVEL. BEACHES CAN'T BE BEAT.

Always a blast

This was our third time staying at Waterscape. This view and condo was perfect with the exception of the guest room bed was very squeaky and the pillows were pretty hard throughout the house.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Typically I would choose an even numbered condo at Waterscape so I can have a wonderful balcony view but this worked perfect! We could still see water and enjoy the sunset. The condo it self was clean and had everything we needed. THANK YOU!

Amazing view, friendly staff.

We had a great time. Pics of view don’t do it justice. Close to the surf line. Very private balcony. Kid friendly resort. Huge master bath and large guest bath. Master bath was more than big enough for the baby to sleep in the pack and play. Pay the extra for this view and privacy.

Room was very clean. The door lock was broken and we were unable to open the door upon check in. We waited over an hour with a very large grocery order outside the door after security attempted but was unsuccessful and the property manager was called back in to let us in. We were told by the property manager that he would replace the door lock the next day. The lack was never replaced during our week stay. (I sent multiple messages as it was an inconvenience because my husband was the only one who could open the door. I also sent a message requesting someone come and fix the freezer ice maker. We had no ice for the week and had to buy multiple bags. Thankfully there was an ice machine located on site. Other things that were small that I notified staff about was the kitchen faucet was completely loose from the sink, the half bath toilet ran constantly, not all of the arm bands left in the room worked to access the amenities, the master bath shower door did not close all the way, one of the balcony doors did not lock and the blinds in the master were pretty damaged. I received a message back that the on site service would be up after 11:30 mid week to fix the ice maker and look at the other items. If they showed up, nothing was fixed. Yes they communicated well and quickly but did not follow through on what they said they would. Also, we plan to cook at the condo the majority of the week eating out 1-2 nights. This kitchen was not stocked like the 20 we previously rented.

Quick change

The condo we originally had was not available 5 days before we were to leave. We were given several options for another condo and picked Waterscape. It was the right decision. Would definitely recommend this place.

SIMPLE

Check in and out was simple and quick. Room was very clean and accommodating. Loved the view. View cosmetic things when we checked in- a towel rack was broken prior to our arrival and was just laying on the tub, one of the dresser drawers bottom had fallen through. Didn't bother us. We loves it. We will return.

Absolutely Lovely

We had a wonderful time at Waterscapes in B603. The resort amenities, pool, and beach are superb! There is an elevator right outside this unit that makes getting around so easy. The pictures don’t do the ocean view justice. The things that set this place apart from others we’ve stayed at are the extra 1/2 bathroom, the massive bathrooms and showers (they’re big enough to put a pack-n-play in and not feel in the way), more than enough towels, and room darkening curtains. It looks like there is new flooring in the bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen area. Our kids were blown away by the pool, and the Fudpuckers poolside tiki bar was great! They also have fun extras like glow parties, hair wraps, rubber ducky races, and fireworks each day/night. We definitely want to come back!

This unit serves it purpose. It doesn't look to be cleaned really good. Dust was pretty thick on the furniture in every room and in the corners on the floor. Shower door in master doesn't close and seems to be broke. The faucet handles on the tub in queen bedroom seems to be broke, also. The tv in the bunk room does not work. The blinds in the king room are broken because the headboard is very loose and knocks the blinds and wall with every movement. The unit itself just really needs to be updated. We liked the resort itself but would seek a more updated unit next time. Oh, and the code to get into the room takes several times to enter just to get in the room. I did text this to the host but never heard back from them.
