The Space:

This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. WiFi is also available in the home.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at Waterscape before - we loved the amenities for our son which is why we chose to come back. We loved the specific condo that we stayed in because it was very homey and quiet.

Wonderful Resort

This is a return visit to Waterscape. We love the large and accessible beach. While it was too cool for swimming, the view was beautiful.

Not much of a view of the water, but you can see the grounds and splash pad. This unit is close to the parking garage which is grear, but a farther walk to the elevators, pool and beach. It had eveything we needed and was clean. The beds were comfortable, but thenmaster bed needs a step stool to get into. I dont know how older folks can get in that bed! Overall really nice and id recommended this property to others.

Last minute trip

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pull out were very comfortable. The pool area had a lot to keep the kids entertained as well as the adults. Overall, wonderful place to stay, will be returning.

Amazing

Great location to the parking garage kitty pool and beach! The only thing I would change is the squeakiness of the bed since we had to be sneaky going to bed with our little one in a pack and play! Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels!

Relaxing, fun, and carefree.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The condo that we stayed in had high quality furniture, appliances, and utensils. They had everything we needed, shampoo, laundry detergent, sponge, paper towels... Not complaining, but no coffee so bring your own k-cups. Great pool, great location to stores and restaurants. Everyone had a great time.

Would definitely use again!

We loved our stay at this property! It was so close to the elevators that coming and going was extremely easy with our kids, 4 and 2. I would definitely recommend this property and will try to book it again for next year! It had everything we needed in the kitchen during our stay. Lots of extra blankets, in case someone gets cold. It’s amazing how soundproof those sliding doors are! I have no points of criticism, we absolutely loved it! Thank you for helping us have an amazing vacation experience!

Checking in and welcome package

The rental was great but checking in after hours was not smooth and then to receive a text message half way through the next day saying I could go to the front desk and pickup a welcome package. After calling and informing that I would be checking in late the welcome package could have been placed in the unit.

My only complaint is in regards to the king bed and the linens. Bed is hard and noisy and when paired with the boulder hard pillows, it took some getting used to. Sheets felt pilled and could use some higher quality replacements. When I removed pillow cases for laundering, several pillows appeared old and stained. Mattress covers were also stained. And the balcony door drapes and slip cover on the couch could use a good cleaning. Did it ruin our stay? No. But when I stay somewhere, I want it to meet the standards of my own home, if not more so. I’m not sure I’d book again.

The overall amenities were few. Bring hair dryers. If you cook ( without completely relying on a microwave, do not book this room. Our microwave didn’t work. Property management brought a replacement microwave and sat it on the counter which took up precious space. The towels were substandard to basic hotel room and many were stained. The small shower had little water pressure. The sleeper sofa is like sleeping on a speed bump and the master bed was hard, noisy plus the fitted sheet barely fit. This unit needs a deep cleaning.

Nice condo

Nice condo. It was clean and spacious enough for a family of five. The location was close to the parking garage, and had a view of one of the pools (nice sized patio). It was a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that could be changed/added to make the stay better: -The master bed was comfortable, but it creaked really loud every time we moved. - would have been nice to have a blow dryer in the condo. I called the management company about it and they said I could borrow one of theirs. When I stopped by to get one, they didn’t have anymore available. I ended up buying one. - would be nice if the condo had beach towels - new iron. The one in the condo is cracked at the top. It kept snagging my clothes -provide more than 3 hangers -provide more than 2 trash bags. We were a family of 5 staying for 6 nights. 2 bags were not enough.

Dirty condo

We had several issues with our condo. 1. Shower head and handle not working properly and needed replaced in the walk-in shower. 2. Bathtub in master bedroom is dirty. Shower liner is moldy and dirty. 3. No slip resistant mat for the bathtub. Also no safety grab bars for the bathtub. 4. Kitchen chairs are falling apart. Thumb-tacks are loose on the chair material. 5. Day before leaving our unit, they decided to paint our door. It was difficult to get into our room without getting paint on us. 6. No dishwasher pods! I will note SOME of the issues were resolved before leaving. We will not be staying again.

Overall Great Location

Things that went well: Check in process is smooth. Unit is clean. Proximity to parking deck. Pool is fun for the kids. Easy and close access to beach, with beach service included (a must for me). Staff on property are friendly and helpful! Pool bathrooms were cleaned often throughout the day. What could be improved: Hall shower head malfunctioned and water sprays onto ceiling from poor connection or a hole somewhere. The vacuum foes not effectively clean up sand and as hard as I tried, keeping all the sand out is challenging and a broom helps but doesn't get it all either. The dryer is SO LOUD! I try to keep up with laundry when staying somewhere with in-unit laundry and the dryer squeaks so loudly, I was sure it could be heard in neighboring units. Patio floor is dirty. Finally, every single pool chair was claimed by 9am. The staff at the pool truly tried to ensure that folks weren't just saving chairs for the whole day without being there. When she would move their things (after folding their towels and waiting a long while), people were hateful. If you want a chair at the pool, be prepared to camp out promptly at 8am.
