The Space:

This wonderful unit has a partial coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Decorated with pops of red and hardwood floors, this unit radiates charm. The primary bedroom, second primary bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations with its own TV. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second primary bedroom includes another king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
