Perfect location if you are wanting to relax! The dolphins were showing out every morning to start the day. The unit was very spacious for a condo and communication with the owner was great.

Very clean, great view, pool was never crowded, and very well kept. Note: If you are traveling in more than one vehicle they have a strict one vehicle per unit policy. I didn't ask on the front end so off site parking cost 100. Also they require you to wash and dry the towels used during the stay to

Great stay but…

Overall we had a great experience, however the “security guard” was very unsettling. Each time we came back to the condo from a night at dinner, he was either asleep in a beach chair or leaning up on a car in the parking lot. Also, on our FOURTH day, mind you, my husband went to take the trash out and happened to walk by our truck and noticed a “final notice” that our vehicle was about to be towed because our parking pass was in the middle of the dash and not to the left or the right of the dash…. Who knew that was a rule when it was never mentioned or noted on the parking pass? So fore warning - god forbid you put your parking pass in the wrong area of the dash regardless of ample visibility. :)

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and well stocked. Love the balcony sliding doors. It was super windy and it was great to have the option to close them!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and plenty of bath linens. Best view in Gulf Shores. I really enjoyed my stay!

Spring Break Getaway

I brought my twins and 2 of their friends for spring break and we loved the condo! Location was great and we absolutely loved watching the dolphins from our balcony. We hope to book again soon!

Great place

This condo very easy to access. Our beach was never crowded and the elevators have to be the fastest in the area. The kitchen was well stocked for most cooking needs. The master bed has a very firm mattress. We enjoyed the great view from the 6th floor balcony!

Perfect spot, great ownership

Property is very nice and well maintained. Pool and access to beach is very convenient. Location is very good, although not much for restaurants and stores within walking distance. Communication with owners was excellent. Apartment is comfortable and had most everything we needed. We added an ice cream scoop and a better set of knives as the ones there are very dull. Beach towels and some beach items are available. I might recommend you remove the broken beach chairs in the laundry storage as they are unusable.

Family vacation

We loved the beachfront property! Within our first 5 minutes being there we saw dolphins & a shark from the balcony! We enjoyed our time immensely and it was an excellent location. As with any condo there’s always room for updates improvements, but nothing that would deter your stay.

Perfect location

Even though our stay was cut short, only 2 days stay, due to a family emergency back home, we enjoyed this condo so much. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and you can not beat the view from the balcony. Located on the quieter side of Gulf Shores, it was nice not to be in a lot of traffic. We hope to return soon!

Great Getaway

The pics online don’t do this place justice. Very well stocked kitchen, balcony view is perfect and with overview of pool. Easy access to the pool and beach. My friends and our kids fit comfortable in the unit and we all had a blast

The view!

The view from this condo was amazing! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the gulf. A short distance to the beach. The location was excellent. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

Dolphin watch!!

Enjoyed this property very much. So many dolphins almost every day. Also saw 2 sand sharks and they put on quite a show. Condo was well stocked. There was a problem with TV and the owners quickly had it fixed and then checked the next day to make sure all was ok. Really enjoyed our stay. Best air conditioning I have ever had any where we have ever had!!!!!!

Gulf Shores is my families favorite vacation spot. My three young boys spend hours playing on the beach. My husband and I are both teachers. Living in Michigan we deal with cold winters and lots of snow!! We can't wait until spring break to enjoy the warm sun in beautiful Gulf Shores.
