The issues you described—trash left in the kitchen, unprepared bedding, and the lack of basic starter supplies—fall far below the standards we expect for this home. While we do provide only a starter set of essentials such as toilet paper and paper products, you should never have arrived to find none available, and we regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We also apologize for the delays in communication and the lack of timely support from the local team during your stay. Please know that all concerns you raised have since been fully addressed. The home has received a complete deep cleaning, and housekeeping procedures have been reinforced to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, a partial cleaning fee reimbursement has been submitted on your behalf.
