The Space:

This lakeview condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and two flatscreen cable TVs. There is a private balcony with beautiful views where you can enjoy the sunshine. Here at Las Palmas, you'll be mere steps from the complex's outdoor pool, community barbecue and seating, and approximately a quarter-mile up the road from a public access point to the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two covered parking spots.

What's Nearby:
This condo is perfect for any outdoor enthusiasts because of its close proximity to sport-fishing, parasailing, zip-lining, jet skiing, diving and so much more! Throw on a bathing suit and walk to the gulf-front beach public access point just down West Beach Boulevard. During the summer months, The Hangout Festival brings together tons of music for the connoisseur of any genre. Nearby there are many kid-friendly activities such as The Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, mini golf courses, and go-kart racing.

Great time

We loved the property. Close to everything but far enough you can enjoy some quiet. Nice pool area and grilling area. Had everything we needed in the unit. Kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable. The only concern was trying to figure out the main room TV, but who needs TV on vacation.

Check in was easy. I would have liked to had a text when it was ready so we didn’t have to wait for several hours. It was clean and homey.

Our stay

It was great! This was our second year to stay at Las Palmas. The only real complaint was the beds. They were squeaky and uncomfortable. We stayed in #205 last year, and the beds were amazing. But overall, we loved it and hope to come back.

Spring in December

We had fabulous weather for December and New Year’s Eve/day~ 79-80* ! The condo was cute and clean. Beds were nice and comfortable so was the small sectional sofa! My daughter and I sat out on the balcony daily we even sat by the pool for an afternoon and at the beach other days.

Great place overall

Easy process. Got a code for the room via email. Didn’t have to check in or out. Only thing I would check into, as the owner, possibly mold around bathroom vent.

Great Stay!

Check in was very easy. The property is across the street from the beach, less than a block away from public beach access where you can pay to park your car all day. About a 2 min drive. Has a small grocery and coffee shop beside it as well which was very nice. My only complaint is the bedding was a bit uncomfortable, you only get one small quilt/blanket thing per bed. I recommend bringing some extra blankets and pillows. Other than that, great! We really enjoyed our stay. As long as you don’t mind a small walk/drive to the beach, this place is amazing.

The condo

The condo was really dirty, the master bedrooms sheets didn’t fit the bed, the floors were nasty, need lightbulbs, the coffee pot leaks, the kitchen table was stained. . The balcony is way to small, won’t stay again

Could have been better

I'll start by saying we've stayed in worse, but considering what we payed for 2 nights this one could have been a lot better. First, there should be a better description of the location in relation to the beach. Unless you use the private access of the hotel or condos across the street you'll need to drive to a public beach. Second, the condo could use a new cleaning staff or they could use a vacation themselves. The master bath had hair all over the baseboards, it was dusty, there was mold around the a/c vent like the other renter mentioned and the exhaust vent was falling out of the ceiling, and the dresser hadn't been wiped off. I didn't even look at the other bathroom. When we got there the kitchen faucet was out of order and the water turned off. The ice maker had been turned off and I didn't realize there was a button on the inside on the top of the freezer to turn it on. When you have so much turnover it seems silky to turn it off. We had to flip the switch on the fan in the kids room because it was turning the wrong way and ridiculously hot in there (I realize that's not a normal thing, but still aggravating). The sink got fixed day 2, mtnce came and went without us knowing or any notice while we were gone. A heads up would have been nice. All in all it's a cute place, could be a great place to stay with a couple of tweaks. Sad thing is, the same complaints were made before. Too expensive for the same things to keep happening.
