Nice 3 day stay!

Condo is very quiet and very convent for beach vacation. Walk to the Ocean is very private and close. Really good for any with walking difficulties.

Perfect Location!

This lovely condo is clean, well-kept, and comfortable. And, it is in the perfect location! On the sand and just steps to the water, it is ideal for both adults and grandchildren. Its porch/deck allows you to enjoy the Gulf any time of the day or night. We loved our stay there!

Loved the location. Thought from the listing that the third bedroom had two twins. While this was technically accurate it was actually a trundle which is awkward for 65 plus people

Great location steps to the beach

I've stayed in several different units, but this was the first time I've stayed in unit 5. It was perfect for our girls trip. Great use of space! Smart layout and could comfortably accommodate large groups with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There is also a pull out couch and trundle bed in the smaller bedroom. I have thoroughly enjoyed every stay I've had at this location!

The manager was amazing with his communication! He answered all my questioned even before i arrived very timely. Very attentive if you needed anything! The view can not be beat!!

Overall great experience!

Great place. The only negative would be it should state that the washer and dryer is coin operated. It would have been nice to be prepared for using a coin operated washer and dryer when you have a family of 6 people.

Toes in the sand! 🏖️

We were delighted with the property. We found it to be extremely clean. Access to the beach was a short walk from your open deck. and the location was very near shopping. The only downside we had was the parking was very tight but manageable. All the other tenants seem to take care around each other's cars so it wasn't a deal-breaker? I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the beach.

I arrived to a wonderful ,cozy apartment that was so beautiful. It had everything I needed and more. The sunsets were breathtaking every night. The other part of my family that stayed in other rooms at the property were pleased too. It is a true treat to walk out your back patio and be on the beach. We had a huge balcony too. From the balcony you can witness dolphins,birds of all types,truly beautiful place on Anna Maria Island. Can't imagine staying any where else!!Thank you Frank(owner) for the privlege.

Absolutely loved it!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our group, and the location can’t be beat. It was so nice being just steps from the beach. Amazing beach views from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable. I was pleased that several beach towels were also included. I would definitely love to come back! The back door was often very difficult to open, but that’s really the only slight issue we had. Also, just be aware that the two twin beds are actually a trundle bed. But it worked just fine for my 15- & 20-year-old kids.

But the bathrooms were filthy upon our arrival. The unit is old and in need of repair. The blinds are all bent up and the tile floor is very slippery this place is over priced for what you get. Would not recommend the experience

Perfect Gem Right On The Beach

The week I stayed in this property was one of the best of my life. My whole family flew to FL and we had a week of floating in the ocean, making meals together and spending time on beautiful Anna Maria. This property was a true gem - it's *right on the beach* - and for the moderate price we paid, I think it's a steal. The unit is spacious and very sunny and light, with a view of the emerald green ocean as soon as you walk in. The property was clean, and the owner was available via phone if needed. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a simple, quaint, incredibly relaxing experience. It's like having your own house on the beach for a week. *Side note: If you want to have the best fish tacos of your life, head down to Cafe On The Beach and order the grilled fish tacos. INCREDIBLE.

Disappointed

This is supposed to be 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but we arrived to discover one of the bathrooms did not actually have a functioning shower, nor did it have a mirror. As soon as we noticed we contacted the property manager, who said they would ‘maybe be there the next day’. By the time we were checking out on Tuesday they still had made no effort to correct the issues, so we reached out to request a partial refund, because we had only been able to use part of the property. After reaching out a second time when I never heard back, the owner said “I can't believe you are asking for a refund based on the condition of the property. We can offer an extension on your stay” [When he was well aware we were no longer there.] “Or you can go to VRBO directly.” When I expressed my disappointment in his willingness to work with us on this issue and told him my review would reflect that, he hung up on me. Bradenton Beach and the neighborhood were wonderful, but I certainly would not want to stay at any property managed by this group again.

In need of repairs

Property has a nice direct beach front view with a covered patio to relax out of the sun and still enjoy the beach view. Unit itself needs updating. Patio door was extremely hard to close, had to lift up on the door and it was still a very tight fit, dishwasher door sounds like it may fall off. The 3rd bathroom in the hallway smelled of urine or leaking pipes. We were told that that bathroom was updated in the last 6 months it was also missing a mirror on the wall but had a note about work in progress posted on the wall. There was a water leak, not into our unit but the unit below us. A plumber was out for quite sometime in our unit trying to determine where the issue was coming from. All while the odor from the bathroom continued to worsen. There was also a heavy rainfall one day and the patio roof does leak so be mindful if it rains everything on the patio may become wet. The laundry is a shared unit for pay, make sure you have plenty of quarters because there is no change machine or office on site. We did see a nice firework show from the patio/ beach on the 4th.

Great Trip

I gave 5 stars based on my overall experience. I have stayed in the area multiple times, but this is the furthest North I've been. We are usually down on Longboat Key which is quieter as it is mostly residential. This condo is located a lot closer to things to do, restaurants and stores, which is why I chose it. So we did not get stuck in any traffic like we always do down on Longboat. This condo has direct beach access which is a major plus. There is also public beach access directly next to condo so there were more people on beach than I'm used to. The pool is small as the owner tells you, but my 10 year old son, his friend, and the friend they made who was also staying there spent quite a bit of time in it and it was plenty big for those big boys. As for the condo itself it is nice and clean inside, nothing negative to say whatsoever. It is decorated well, all furniture and bedding in good shape, and stocked with anything you need. There are 6 units here, 2 upstairs (this one is bigger of the 2), 3 downstairs, and one detached unit. It would sleep 10, there were only 4 of us so plenty of room. If there were 10 in your party it would be somewhat cramped if you spent much time inside, but that is not what you go to the beach for. When we arrived the other units were occupied so we had neighbors, but they were very nice and friendly so it wasn't bad. After a few days everyone left and we had the whole place to ourselves which was really nice. As far as the outside of condo, it could be maintained a bit better. It wasn't in bad shape, but could use cleaned up a bit regularly. Not much of an issue and not enough to contact owner or anything, but I'm sure if we had called him he would have taken care of any of our concerns as he was very nice and accomidating as was the girl who cleaned units. Long review I know, but wanted to give everyone some insight as far as our overall experience which was very good. I can say that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone given all this information.

6 Stars for Location

This property has a fantastic location right on the beach to enjoy. The apartment was missing a few kitchen/cleaning items but the prime location more than makes up for the little things that we picked up at the nearby Publix. There are several nice restaurants close by and lots of activities to enjoy. We traveled to Crystal River for a Swim with Manatees excursion as well as rented e-bikes to explore Anna Maria Island. The entire family really enjoyed our experience. :)

3rd bathroom shower wasn’t working but it was not a problem & third bedroom was in a hallway but everything else was great - well stocked kitchen & tons of towels & beach towels. Info included in first email was incorrect like wi fi & code but we worked it out

Great location however…

The property is well used and a bit outdated. Clean but one shower did not work, Wi-Fi didn’t work and had a couple roaches visit the front bedroom. Check in was challenging because I did not receive the code prior and did not have a contact number to hunt down someone that could help when we arrived. The beach access made up for the glitches and there were new beach towels. 😁

Excellent views from the balcony, great location at steps from the water.

The apartment was very homey, it still needs some upgrades, nothing is a big deal since the location and the views are prefect. It was very easy to communicate with Frank, he was very helpful. Hope to come back.

Excellent location

Excellent location, walk out the door on to the beach. Clean with plenty of space. It is a little older but still well maintained. Has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The balcony gives a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Overall great place to stay to visit the beach/area.
