Welcome to "Lazy Manatee" at Bradenton Beach Club, where even the manatees envy the level of relaxation we offer! This spiffy condo boasts three bedrooms and two full baths, giving you more space than a hermit crab's dream home. New decor, furniture and paint!

At Bradenton Beach Club, we take pool parties seriously - we've got not one, not two, but two pools plus a hot tub to soak away your worries. And guess what? One of those pools is so close to the beach, you might just get a tan while you swim! Please note - elevator is down until further notice for repairs.

Need a break from the sandcastle business? No problem! We've got deeded beach access and provide beach gear. We also have a bayside boardwalk that will have you feeling like you're walking the plank...straight into a covered pavilion with the most epic bay views.

Lazy Manatee is perched on the top floor, where the elevator is your trusty steed. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer (because even manatees can't live in their swimsuits forever), free WiFi, smart TVs, and a linen service so professional, you'll swear the linens went to college.

So come on over to Lazy Manatee, where the only thing lazier than the manatees is your vacation planning - because we've got everything you need for a fin-tastic getaway!

Morgan was so communicative before and during our stay and made us excited to visit Lazy Manatee! Arrival was seamless and the condo was in excellent condition. It was super clean and beautiful and we had everything we needed! The kitchen was well equipped and the storage unit had lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach carts to easily go back and forth to the lovely pristine beach. Anna Maria Island is fabulous and we enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely return!! Thank you, Morgan!

House was clean and close to the beach. Beach towels were provided plenty of chairs and coolers to take to the beach as well. We had a great time!

It was an unforgettable vacation! We loved the apartment! Clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Very close to the ocean. Large pool and jacuzzi. Very beautiful street with palm trees. Thank you very much, our time was wonderful!

We had such an amazing time. Lazy Manatee was so perfect. It was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bradenton beach club. The unit was spacious and very clean. Great location near the beach. The property manager was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Best week of the tear

Property was clean had everything we needed. Ocean across the street. Come here every year with my 4 adult daughters for a girls week. We r never disappointed. This unit is close to restaurants , bars, shopping , and local beaches.

My wife and I took our adult children to AMI for the Holidays and this condo was perfect for us. It is clean, spacious and in a perfect location. Morgan is an amazing host. We will be back. Loved the stay.

Nice property in a nice location

Loved our stay at the lazy manatee. Property was perfect for what we needed and had everything we needed and were looking for. Next time we need to stay in the island, lazy manatee will be at the top of our list

Great Vacation Rental

The condo had everything we needed and great location. Was very clean and nicely updated. Was a short walk to Historic Bridge Street. Trolley stop was close. Beach conveniently located right across the street. We will be back next year!

Great stay @ The Lazy Manatee!!

The Lazy Manatee checked all of the boxes for our stay. Plenty of space, very clean, organized and well stocked room and plenty of beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Just a hop, skip and a jump to the gorgeous beach and water of the gulf. Also close proximity to shops, restaurants and trolley stop. When we were done with the beach for the day, the pools were inviting and helped to cap off our day. We hope to return to this property on our next trip to Bradenton Beach!

Once upon a time, Morgan's childhood was a beachy dream near Anna Maria Island. When her dad decided to plant roots in Bradenton in 2018, the idea of snagging a vacation rental was a no-brainer. Morgan's hubby and kiddos were smitten with the sun-kissed beaches, top-notch restaurants, water adventures, shops galore, mini golf madness, and the happening Bridge Street scene.

In a bold move, Morgan entrusted a "big" rental company to handle her first condo on the island. But oh, the horror, bookings were scarcer than a seashell in a sandcastle. Despite the condo's fancy decor and the Hendersons' non-stop fun at their "slice of paradise," the rental company had to slash prices like a pirate's treasure hunt, yet still, no luck. Frustration hit Morgan like a rogue wave, prompting her to dive headfirst into the murky waters of short-term rental management in early 2019. And boy, what a splash it made! Bookings flooded in like sunscreen at high noon, guests were having a blast, creating memories, spreading the word faster than seagulls after a dropped ice cream cone, and rebooking faster than you can say "flip-flops."

In 2020, Morgan found herself in a posse of peeved owners fed up with rental management woes. Armed with her newfound wisdom, she steered some towards self-management enlightenment while others became her very first clients. Can you believe it? What started as a desperate measure now had Morgan riding the wave of joy, helping families craft unforgettable vacations on Anna Maria Island! Whether you need a sweet spot to crash or insider tips on grub and adventures, Morgan's just a call or text away, ready to sprinkle your vacation with some extra sunshine.
