Featuring a spacious living area, a private, furnished balcony, and a full, well-equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need here for the ultimate beach vacation. The many amenities of Sugar Beach include multiple community pools, tennis courts, sun decks, and a shared grilling area.

This complex is conveniently close to a number of great restaurants, shops, and fun, all-ages attractions. Shop, dine, or charter a deep sea fishing excursion at SanRoc Cay Marina, just a little over four miles up the coast. For visiting golfers, be sure to check out the links at both Craft Farms, only eight-and-half miles away, as well as the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, just a little over 10 miles west. Really easy access to the beach! Nice place to stay! We had some confusion on the room bc of the address given but the host answered timely and all was worked out! Will definitely stay again!

Comfortable bed. Vents appear to still have mold as shown in pics from July guest. A clump of hair on bottom of my foot drying off from shower, again similar to July pics from previous guest. Otherwise nice.

Easy access to a nice beach, clean and comfortable spacious condo, and recently renovated kitchen—all pluses that made for a great stay. The decor is super cute and beachy! We were glad for the elevator and the carts provided, since the condo is on the third floor. The balcony offers a peek at the beach. I would have preferred a toaster and coffee maker that worked well (we fiddled with them and finally got them to function), and we could not get either DVD player to eject. The TV was not a smart TV. The dryer vent seemed to be broken and one of the toilet paper holders wouldn’t stay on the wall. All minor inconveniences, but could easily be remedied. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. We wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Great Stay for our Anniversary

Check in and out was flawless The dryer had a broken part but really didn’t cause an issue for just the two of us. The unit was clean and granite a nice feature.

This condo was very nice and clean! It was the perfect location for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough cooking equipment. The king size bed was so comfortable! The bathrooms could use some TLC as far as maintenance. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely look into this condo again.

Compact and comfortable

This condo is perfectly located in a building right on the beach. It has one bedroom and a pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. Don't be put off by previous pull out couch experiences - this one was comfortable! The place was neat, clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

We always enjoy our stay at Sugar Beach. It is an older complex but it has everything that we need. This is a nice room, we would stay here again. The pans are a little rough but we've found that is typical when staying in these condos. We always bring a couple from home. All other dishes and appliances were great.

Very Cute condo! We enjoyed our stay! Love the easy access to pools and beach. Nice having the snack bar! The complex needs new chairs and more chairs around pool. Not enough to accommodate a lot of people. It was super inconvenient only having 1 parking spot but most condos are like that.

For price it was ok. Was told parking was 25 and it was 30 feel should be part of the rental. Overall ok for a weekend trip

Nice place, dirty baseboards!😬 Pictures led me to believe unit had a beach view and it does NOT!! Disappointed in that, but spent more time out than in, but if weather had not cooperated, we would have been stuck staring at other condos and parking…

Good location and good space for a couple

Was in a good location. Overall it was clean. The couch and rug could use an update as they appear well used. Bedroom is upstairs along with one bathroom. Second bathroom is downstairs. Very crowded location as the unit is in an older building. Parking area does flood in some spots with heavy rain so be careful where you park.

Paid over 600 for a 2 night stay. 35 for 1 parking spot that is first come basis. No parking spot assigned to unit. Not exactly ocean view. Balcony faces inside of condo complex. Two stories. It was not clean. Dirty towel and sheets in master. No extra sheets to change it. No sheets for sofa bed. Stains on carpet and sofa. Mold in showers and all the vents. Dust on lights and ceiling fans. Rugs and bedding are very old. Silverware needed to be re-washed before using. Dryer lint trap is broken. Low water pressure in upstairs shower. It does have easy beach access and pools. We left after 1 night.
