This beautifully furnished, updated three bedroom condo is located on Wolf Bay in Orange Beach, Alabama. The condo offers a full kitchen, perfect for putting together a home cooked meal with plenty of seating for dining with the family. The living room and main bedroom are both equipped with flatscreen TVs. You can also kick back and relax enjoying the free WiFi to post your most recent beach adventures! Bayview Condominiums also offers a shared pool, tennis court, fishing dock, and boat launch!

The Wharf is located three miles down the road, offering a marina, a movie theater, outstanding shopping, a Ferris wheel, a variety of restaurants, and an amphitheater that draws top-name artists. You are also within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and fishing opportunities. We stay at Bayview a couple times a year. and this is one of my favorite units. It's closer to the water, on the 2nd floor, and beautifully decorated.

Great stay

Lots of room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Felt like home and very friendly neighbors. Condo is closed to everything. Love watching the boats and sitting on the dock by the bay. Enjoying sitting on the deck at night. We had great weather. The kids enjoyed the pool at night.

Great Place! Needs more instruction.

We loved staying here during our conference. The only thing I would add is instructions for check out. We didn't know if we were supposed to wash towels and linens or place them somewhere. We also did not know where to take the garbage. We figured it out but it would be nice to have a facility map and some instructions for check out.

Good and very clean

I wanted to give five star rate because it was very clean and convenient during my vacation. But, I am giving 4 star because I had some bug issue while I took a nap on the couch. It might be bed bugs. I believe the owner of this place may need to replace to new one. I really enjoyed staying at this place but the bug ssue. Since then, I had to buy itching cream to get relief.

Overall great property, just need some maintenance on several items

Overall the place was nice and clean. The complex is quiet and cozy. The pool was great. Cable channels were difficult to figure out. A channel guide would have been nice (football season). Boat launch and boat slips were great! There are several areas that need maintenance. Kitchen sink was clogged and sink garbage disposal did not work. Also, master bathroom sink was partially clogged and was very slow to drain. Microwave was very rusty on the inside and did not look safe to use.

The condo was nicely decorated and we were glad to find it last minute. However, we had a couple problems with it. First, the listing description says 3 bedrooms but it only had two. Secondly, the neighbors were very loud. The walls are very thin between the units and the music and yelling from neighbors literally shook the walls. People were out on balconies drinking and partying. Not a good place to stay for a quiet family looking for a good night’s rest. Our children slept on the couch where it was quieter. We will not be returning. Recommend for college kids!

Disappointed stay

Boat launch and dock were still closed. We attempted numerous times to get update on this prior to our stay and could never get response. By the time we found out it would not be ready it was too late to cancel our reservation. Tennis courts were completely unusable for tennis. Condo could have been cleaner. Found roach on kitchen floor first morning. Very disappointing.

Worst Rental Experience Ever

On the first day of our trip, I received a text that our condo was clean and eligible for early check in. Upon arrival to our condo, we found that another couple was currently staying there. The other couple arrived as I was trying to enter the condo. They assumed I was trying to break into the condo and met me with aggression. It was a stressful and scary experience. We discovered the condo was double booked. The condo we were switched to was dirty and had no WiFi. The floor of the master bathroom was covered in sand. The lack of Wifi prohibited us from using safety items that were needed for our newborn daughter. We had to reach out several times for info on our new condo. We will not be using VRBO ever again. We will also be telling everyone about this horrible experience.
