Majestic Towers 1-1510 is a stunning gulf-front 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo perched on the 15th floor, offering breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. This beautifully appointed unit features a king bed in the master suite with an en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a built-in twin bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious dining area, and open-concept living room flow seamlessly onto a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico—perfect for soaking in the views. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, and access to Majestic Beach Resort’s top-tier amenities, including five pools, three hot tubs, a stadium-style movie theater, tennis courts, and an on-site deli market with Starbucks. Vehicle Registration is REQUIRED before arrival. If parking pass registration is not completed prior to arrival, you will NOT be allowed into resort. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process shared via email from your Host company. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families; there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the on-site market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate.
