This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps 10 and features a large lap pool, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of entertainment poker, pool, and blackjack tables. Enjoy Smart TVs in every room, fast Wi-Fi, parking for up to 9 cars, and balcony views of the Strip. Perfect for group getaways!

Just so you know, only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Availability of free driveway parking for 9 cars.
➤ Just a quick heads up, guests can't use the closet with supplies at the entrance, the Casita, the side driveway, or the third garage. Other than that, the guests have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the vibrant Spring Valley area, this neighborhood blends peaceful suburban comfort with the excitement of Las Vegas close by. You’ll find quiet streets, spacious surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere just minutes from the Strip.
The area is extremely convenient, with plenty of shopping plazas, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options nearby. Whether you want quick eats or upscale dining, you’ll have great choices within a short drive. Parks and recreational spots also make it easy to enjoy the outdoors.
Getting around is simple thanks to quick access to major highways and local transit. The airport, Strip, and downtown are all easily reachable, making this a great base for exploring Las Vegas while enjoying a calm, comfortable stay.
Getting Around:
Personal Vehicle: Driving is the easiest way to get around Vegas. With quick access to I-15 and I-215, reaching the Strip, airport, and downtown is fast and convenient.
Ride-Sharing: Uber and Lyft are widely available and a great option if you prefer not to drive.
Public Transit (RTC): The RTC bus system connects major areas of the city. The Deuce runs 24/7 along the Strip, making it easy to reach top attractions.
Las Vegas Monorail: A quick and scenic way to travel along the east side of the Strip, connecting major hotels and the convention center.
Walking & Biking: The area offers walkable spots and bike paths, making short trips to nearby parks, shops, or eateries simple and eco-friendly.
Other Things to Note:
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.
