Indian Wells Retreat Walk to Tennis Center
This comfortable fully stocked vacation home is ideally located in the Coachella Valley. This unique neighborhood of 18 homes surrounds a large 3-acre green belt and pool area. The house is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, home to the BNP Paribas Open, the Indian Wells Arts Festival and numerous other events. It's also walking distance to the shuttle stop for Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.
It's a short drive to fabulous restaurants, golf courses, world class shopping on El Paseo, grocery stores, hiking trails and other conveniences.
This 3-bedroom 3-bathroom single level home offers two primary suites, one with a King-size bed and one with a Queen-size bed. Each primary suite has its own attached bathroom. The larger primary with the King size bed includes a crib, please provide your own crib sheets. The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a Twin bed and is located next to the guest bathroom.
The great room offers ample space to relax and unwind. Enjoy a game of pool or the large flatscreen HD Smart TV with movie channels. There is also a poker “table” and chip set if you’re feeling lucky (located in the Queen ensuite closet).
The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, double oven, electric stove top, microwave and refrigerator. Glassware, flatware, cookware and dishes are provided. Non-breakable glassware and dishes are provided for use on the covered patio and pool area. Most small appliances can be found in the kitchen.
There is also a “coffee bar” for your enjoyment with a selection of tea and coffee pods for the Keurig coffee machine.
The house is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels (for use at the pool).
Parking is provided in the driveway. Please no parking on the street per city ordinance.
Other things to note:
Please note that per City of Indian Wells Ordinance, outdoor music is prohibited and indoor sounds are not to be heard past the property lines. Any noise between 10:00PM & 7:00AM maybe subject to a police citation.
This is an HOA with quiet hours between 10PM-7AM. Please respect the noise limitations.
Pool hours are between 8:00AM-9:00PM. Please pick up after yourself if using the pool. Pool furniture is not to be moved or placed in the pool.
