The Space:

The spacious kitchen features warm cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient drip/Keurig combo coffee maker—perfect for slow mornings before heading out on the lake. Whether you’re prepping a hearty breakfast or a simple snack, you’ll appreciate the thoughtful layout and ample space. The living room offers a cozy place to unwind, complete with a smart TV, a comfortable couch, loveseat, and recliner—plenty of seating for everyone to relax. Natural light pours in through the large door that leads to the balcony, drawing your eyes toward the water beyond.



Step outside onto the private balcony and take in those beautiful lake views. Comfortable seating and a table for al fresco dining make it the ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. At The Lakeview Condo, you get the best of lakeside living with resort-style amenities and easy access to everything Branson has to offer—making it the perfect getaway for couples, families, or friends looking to unwind by the water.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a set of queen-over-queen bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 king size beds, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. 1 parking spot in front of the unit, the other vehicle must park behind the garages that are in front of the unit.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Please note that this home's bunk beds are not recommended for adults and are best suited for children.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
