Welcome to your own private Grant Park compound — two fully equipped, standalone homes on a single lot, designed for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. With 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone gets space to spread out while sharing one of Atlanta`s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods.
The Main House (2 bed / 1 bath)
The front home is a charming 1930s bungalow full of original character. Hardwood floors run throughout, and two decorative masonry fireplaces add warmth to the living areas.
The bright, modern eat-in kitchen seats 8 at the dining table — making it the natural gathering spot for the whole group. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds dressed in premium long-staple cotton linens. A washer and dryer are on-site for your convenience.
The main house is where the outdoor magic happens. The screened-in porch doubles as a private movie theater with a projector and screen — perfect for a bug-free movie night. Out back, a fire pit gives you a spot to gather under the stars in the fully fenced yard.
The ADU — The Beacon Retreat (2 bed / 2 bath)
Directly behind the main house sits the Beacon Retreat, a modern single-level guesthouse with a completely different vibe. Clean lines, designer touches, and a thoughtful layout make this feel like a boutique hotel. Two bedrooms each have their own full bathroom and queen-size beds with the same luxe long-staple cotton sheets. The full kitchen has counter seating for four, and there`s a separate living area to unwind. Step out onto the private deck and sink into the hot tub — comfortably fits four and is the perfect way to end a day exploring Atlanta.
What Makes This Setup Special
Two fully independent homes means two kitchens, two living rooms, three bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in each unit. You can cook breakfast together at the main house`s dining table for 8, then retreat to your own space whenever you need downtime. The shared yard, fire pit, movie porch, and hot tub give you plenty of reasons to come back together. Both units are pet friendly with a fully fenced yard, so the whole crew — furry members included — is welcome.

RULES & POLICIES:
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- We ask that the responsible booking party be over the age of 25.
- No parties &/or events, glitter, tape, or confetti.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-HOT TUB RULES: 1. please rinse off all bronzer, lotion and oils before getting into the hot tub. 2. No sexual activity in the hot tub. A $100 water change fee will apply if this happens and makes the water murky.
PETS: Please do not leave your pet unattended. Dogs should be crated when you are gone and on a leash and with you at all times when outside. Our yard is not fully fenced. Please also pick up your pets waste and dispose of it properly.
ADDITIONAL RULES
- We are not a hotel and do not have access to commercial washers and dryers. So, guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.
REMINDER - Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.
We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. The owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests. The owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.
