This two-story (non-smoking) home boasts a prime location for golfing, but also for exploring the desert beauty all around you. It's an easy, scenic drive to other world-class golf courses in the area, Catalina State Park (six miles), downtown Tucson (15 miles), and the University of Arizona (15 miles).

Step inside and make yourself at home in a space that was designed for effortless gathering. All throughout, large picture windows let in an abundance of sunlight and views of the mountains and the adjacent golf course. On the main floor, you'll find an expansive kitchen, both a breakfast nook and a formal dining area, and a great living room where you can pile on the sectional and stream movies by the gas fireplace.

Spend your afternoons swimming in the pool out back, taking naps in the hammock, and gathering for sunset cocktails in the shade of the patio. Back inside, you can sneak off to the home office to log onto the high-speed WiFi, set up a board game at the table, or simply unwind in central air conditioning.
