Regarding the hot water and tub experience, our local team did conduct an inspection during your stay and confirmed the system is functioning as designed. The home is equipped with a smaller on-demand water heater, which means hot water flow can be affected if multiple fixtures are used at the same time. For best performance, the tub and showers do need to be run at a lower flow rate to maintain consistent hot water. This was also reviewed directly with you by our local team following inspection. We’re sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback about the instructions and guest guidance is also very helpful, and we will review how we can make this clearer for future guests.
