Book today and get ready to create everlasting memories at this brand-new townhouse right in the heart of Flagstaff! Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Northern Arizona University (also known as 'NAU') is just a mile away while the Flagstaff Medical Center is only a half mile from your home. For those who want to ski or snowboard but don't have their own equipment, rent some at one of the three rentals within walking distance of the townhouse. If you do happen to have your own equipment, the garage houses ski and snowboard racks, as well as a GearDryer. There are other wonderful attractions nearby, including Flagstaff Visitor Center, Lowell Observatory, Museum Of Northern Arizona, Pepsi Amphitheater, and Fort Tuthill County Park. Arizona Snowbowl is also only about 14 miles away, giving you easy access to the lifts there,

This three-story townhouse boasts a modern design with high ceilings and plenty of windows throughout allowing endless natural sunlight in. The main living space is actually located on the second floor and has an open floor plan with updated finishes, hard surface countertops, and beautiful cabinetry. Hang out in the inviting living area and stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV while you are waiting on dinner. Speaking of that, the gorgeous kitchen is appointed with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze! A Keurig coffee maker is included in case there are coffee enthusiasts in your group. Delight yourself with beautiful mountain views from all the balconies.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, there is one bedroom on the bottom floor and two bedrooms on the top floor. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, a pay-as-you-go electric vehicle charger in the garage, and free WiFi.

Great place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Prescott and other Arizona attractions. The Downtown has many great places to eat and the Observatory which is close is fun for all age groups.

Very clean with very inviting decor! We have 3 couples and each room had a king bed with your personal attached bath!!! We are on motorcycles so having a garage to pull into was perfect!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Felt Like Home from the Moment We Arrived

We spent three wonderful nights in this home and absolutely loved it. Everything was sparkling clean, beautifully organized, and so well cared for. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, which made our stay extra comfortable, and the half bath on the second level was such a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the little details the owner provided—like the boot dryer for the winter months—which made the place feel so welcoming and well thought out. We truly felt at home here.

Great place to hang your hat in Flagstaff.

Furnishings and kitchen supplies were all top shelf. Gas fireplace in the living room was lovely. Bathrooms, especially the showers, were great. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. Also Flagstaff is conveniently located for day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon and Prescott.

As described brand new. Very clean. 3 king beds in 3 seperate rooms all with bathrooms. Only issue was parking is tight for 2 cars. Thanks so much!

Spacious condo convenient to many options

The space was well decorated. The garage entry was great. As noted, there were several flights of stairs to negotiate to the sleeping areas. The provided coffee tended to flavored coffee and tree was no decaf. The living area bathroom had some cleaning issues. Most troubling was that the downstairs bath sliding door was almost impossible to open and close. This was reported but was not fixed before we left.

New townhouse in great Flagstaff location

Nice property, as described. Seems almost brand new. Well-appointed kitchen, multiple balconies, easy wi-fi access. Super location. Note it is a three-level unit, lots of stairs, might not work for everyone. Easy check in and check out. Minimal honey-do list for check out. Some places have pages of instructions, not this one! Our only frustration was with something out of the control of the owners. If you have a long car, you may have trouble getting into and out of the parking area. The driveway is short, backs onto an alley, and there is a telephone pole and chain link fencing on the other side. With our van, we had to go back and forth a couple of times to be able to park or to leave. If you don't mind the stairs and the tight parking, definitely check out this townhouse. We stayed with 5 people and everyone had their space.
