This stylishly decorated retreat offers ample space for the whole family with the popular indoor-outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle. You'll find inspiring design touches, beautiful furnishings, and decorated living spaces throughout this delightful desert oasis. This home features a spacious backyard with lush vegetation, spectacular mountain views to the west, and a privacy hedge surrounding the sparkling pool, whirlpool spa, and an outdoor shower making this space great for relaxing, swimming, or lounging in the abundant desert sunshine. You can choose your Palm Springs dining experience to be indoors, with the dining room next to the spacious, gourmet kitchen, or alfresco by the pool with seating for twelve. Cooking is also available in the outdoor bar/kitchen, with a BBQ grill. Up to 12 guests may enjoy Palm Paradise vacation rental home, with six bedrooms, four with ensuite attached baths. The two guest casitas offer exceptional privacy with ensuite baths, kitchenettes, and private patios. The attached casita sofa also has a hide-a-bed for added flexibility. The entire home is designed with comfort and style in mind.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Located in the South Palm Springs neighborhood of Tahquitz River estates, on a quiet street, walking distance to the ACE hotel and Koffi, a local favorite coffee shop, you will have no problem simply stepping out of your front door and immediately being greeted by the desert charm of this city. The hustle and bustle of Palm Canyon Drive is less than two miles north for a bit of city fun, yet the more outdoorsy members of the group can hike along pristine trails at Tahquitz Canyon as well! Don't forget to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram for a unique view of the valley.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Great property for a gathering

Everything was as advertised. The rooms were large and people had nice personal areas to retreat to if they didn't want to be in the common areas. The pool and was lovely and the kitchen and bbq were great for preparing large meals. We had a really nice time and everyone was pleased with the property.

This property was an oasis of beauty. Loved the outside tremendously! Had an amazing time bonding with family in the swimming pool. The back yard exemplified a small paradise. I would love to stay here again with friends!

There was plenty of room for our family and plenty of fun for all ages 9 mos to 62!! The house is aptly supplied with everything you will need and want. It was very comfortable. The Vacasa team was quick in their response to all our inquiries and provided what we needed. Our family had so much fun we plan on returning to this same rental next year!!!

Perfect Place for Families

We spent most of our time enjoying the very spacious back yard, and even front yard a bit too. Beautifully landscaped, with so many place to sit and relax. We spent the mornings outside the casitas enjoying coffee, the afternoon around the pool with the kids having the time of their life, happy hour at the bar after the sun dipped behind San Jacinto, and nighttime smores at the firepit. We heated the pool, which I recommend if you visit in April. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Home That Exceeded Expectations

Palm Paradise is truly that piece of paradise you hope to find in Palm Springs. The home was large enough for all of us to relax, enjoy and sleep comfortability. All the rooms are mostly all updated which give you that luxury feeling while still being true to Palm Springs decor. The outside is huge with beautifully decorated landscape. We even had a few bunny visitors who made us appreciate it even more. All in all a great place which we hope to stay at for future getaways. Highly recommend.

The home was very nice , the outside was spectacular! The separate casita’s were great! Kitchen is little small! We would rent it again! We had trouble with the rental agent Vacasa who sent us the wrong entry code and could have been more responsive!

The house is spacious and gorgeous, lots of room to spread out; it had everything one could need except your clothes and personal stuff. Very clean, The casitas were lovely ! The only issue we had was that the internet kept dropping and went out completely which messed up our zoom party we were hosting for my sister’s 50th birthday day, the main reason we were there. Without the WiFi issues I would return again and again.

We loved the layout of the house. The pool/spa were perfect for the enjoyment if all. The location is perfect, quiet and easy for walking/running plus close to hiking, parks and restaurants/shopping. There are several places outside to sit together while watching pool activities. We would rent this house again. The house is ready for some updates. Curtains need replacing in several rooms, kitchen needs some replacement items and rugs need cleaning. A thorough spring cleaning is needed.

Thank twice when you book this property the owner has an asked for air-conditioning system that’s it for the temperature that they required to be in the house and you have no control of it unless they allow you Other issue we had with the noise control you can’t even turn on a quiet radio station in the backyard I’m not talking about having a party or listening to loud music . The cleanliness Of the property for a price that you pay could be much better including bedding

All we hoped!

Pictures are exactly as the home is inside and out. The bedrooms are all king beds. 4 with en-suite baths and 3 with kitchenettes. The 2 other bedrooms share a hall bathroom which is accessible from the patio as well. There was plenty of refrigerator space (4 fridges) and the kitchen was better stocked than most any rental homes we’ve ever been in. Furnishings are dated but very comfortable and functional. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Double washer dryers if needed. The outside grill and Kichen was phenomenal. The pool was comfortable and the umbrella shaded sun shelf was a dream. Vacasa responded quickly with a check-in problem and a couple minor issues when we needed assistance, even during the July 4th weekend.

terrible instructions

From chicken process it was terrible it said there was a locked gate with a code of park with no keypad available it took over an hour and a 1/2 and 5 different phone calls to different people to figure out how to open the front gate after traveling for 4 hours and having such bad instructions with little kids hungry and tired it was a disaster

Great house! Heating the pool was difficult

We had a family group of 12, and the house itself was just great. Lots of room; plenty of outdoor place for different people to relax and chat; the pool is huge; and the kitchen was perfectly fine for a big group. The only problem was the issue of heating the pool. We had called in advance to heat the pool, and somehow the order was recorded but never acted on, so the pool heat wasn't on. We called and were refunded two days for pool heat that wasn't on, but then we were constantly needing to go to the pool heater and reset it, because it would heat and then turn off, requiring another reboot of the heater. To heat the spa, you needed to turn off the heat for the pool, so in the end, we either had a cold pool or a cold spa. For $72/day as an extra charge, they should make sure that the pool is adequately heated for the whole reservation.
