Unique doesn't even begin to cover this desert stunner, situated within sight of - and just a few miles away from - the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. It's walking distance to the hiking trails in the Mojave Desert Land Trust, and though downtown Joshua Tree is less than four miles away, you'll feel like you have the desert to yourself, especially at night when the blazing stars take center stage in a sky with no light pollution.
At the home itself, you'll find one-of-a-kind, V-shaped architecture and a design that blends in with the sublime surroundings. Start the day with coffee and the sunrise on the wraparound patio, then take a quick snooze in the hammock before heading out to explore. Evenings were made for grilling and dining alfresco or admiring the aforementioned night sky while you relax in front of the fire table.
Inside the house, you'll find a sleek, full kitchen, with a large island doubling as prep and dining space. The open space combines the kitchen with the living room, and two sun-splashed window seats make the perfect perch for a good book. Stream the latest release on TV or use the free WiFi and dedicated desk area to knock out any lingering remote work. Rounding out the home's amenities are central AC and a washer/dryer. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar, then enjoy the sunset from the balcony upstairs before retiring to any of the three serene bedrooms.
