This fantastic retreat in the peaceful Los Compadres neighborhood will be the perfect place to call home for your next sunny vacation! Contemporary and modern with all new furniture, paint, flooring, and new dual pane windows, it's a perfect fit for those looking to unwind in a comfortable family home, bursting with amenities. Facing west, the backyard and pool are bathed in all-day sunshine and gorgeous evening sunsets behind the San Jacinto Mountains. You and your guests will enjoy dining al fresco on the outdoor dining table with seating for six and preparing meals on the gas BBQ grill. The chef's kitchen features top-end stainless appliances, granite counters, and two islands, yes two! There's also a bar area with a sink for whipping up cocktails each night. The opposing side of the gourmet kitchen is the comfortable gathering lounge for conversing or watching the flatscreen TV. With vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, a fireplace, and multiple seating options, this truly is a great room. This retreat also offers a private 170 square foot courtyard that greets you in the morning sun. The covered patio is surrounded by a lush green lawn and mature citrus orchard, including grapefruit, lemon, and orange. Anyone up for Sangria or Fresh Squeezed Juice? There's also a horseshoe pit for more competitive fun.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. NThe yard is wonderfully landscaped, a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Inside the house was very comfortable, a great place to relax. It is very convenient to downtown.

Great Garden!

Was a little dirty (floors, toilet back and top) and poorly equipped. Gardens beautiful! Had a nice time!

Beautiful property which appeared just as advertised. Almost everything I needed was available to me, except for the heater being set to a level where the house was difficult to heat. Because I that, I would not stay there again.
